it acts as the developer of the rooms - they will go on to be owned by a 3rd party under pre-agreed contract. it is true they may get the management contract to collect rent - but it is a fraction of the rent itself.

Look at the model.

They don’t hold the rooms they try to sell them and they clearly can’t sell them at the moment.

If on the other hand you value this as a company holding rooms then based on the value of its peers it should trade at a 25/30% discount to nav giving a share price of about 25p

Yes and look back at all the other directors purchases (all below water) and all the previous brokers recommendations (all wrong)

All that will save this is interest rates stabilising (which to be fair is beginning to look likely).

The share price direction will depend on the next trading update

Y/e is the 30 th sept. Last year they issued a tu on the 4th oct. I’m hoping to see one by next Friday but I’m not holding my breath!
