it was T.W. that wrote time after time that the SFO had a sure fire case!
Now tell me the few things he has got right
won't take long
he is a very prolific scribbler, bound to get one or two calls right

yes! surely if the SFO had a case it would have brought it by now. Even more red faces at Share Prophets and particularly T.W.!

With the Escrow release of £39m and with the bonus of not going through the courts to get it, WTG has roughly £77m cash in the bank plus the proceeds of the sale of its Canadian healthcare services business for about GBP22.3 million so just shy of £100m cash which is around £2.15 per share!

As reported on Morningstar the current market cap is £55m!

A fair way to go yet, plus no doubt the SFO will finally drop their case after years of messing around.

Congratulations to all shareholders, well done for hanging on and for those that topped up through the summer months.

Rather embarrassing for 'sweetkarolina' and the Share Prophets crew

I think the directors will need to award themselves some bonuses first. It's only fair after all.

I hope the board decide to do return some of the cash to long suffering shareholders who have been through it.

Not sure on tax implications, director dipping implications, working capital needs etc. What we need is a clear "returning £X to shareholders" RNS.

I'd love these 200+p/share people to show sums of how they got there. I get a significantly lower number.

Should be worth over £2 per share now with known cash in hand, escrow money and sale proceeds from Canadian business due imminently. Still got the Ingenie business and I haven't added a value for this. Probably nearer £2.50 when all included. Still some way to go yet.

By my calculations, there are 6 institutions that between them hold nearly 85% of the shares in issue, the largest holding 28%. I would imagine they have paid close attention to the legal case and are confident of a favourable outcome, having spent the last few years hoovering up shares from disenchanted QPP holders.

I continue to average down - along with steamy and Nicky and the boys at Blueshare.
