Any news on Watchstone's latest very expensive challenge to RT? I guess we would have heard if they had won so my guess is another failed attempt by the incompetent management team led by Rose Borsan and Williams who have achieved nothing appointed an expensive but hopeless CEO in Mukerjee, sold the technology and other subsidiaries too cheaply! Allowed the management team of Ingenie to walk out the door after paying them large consulting fees and start up in competition whilst lining their pockets with big salaries and let the share price fall. What has been allowed to happen post RT may prove to be as bad as anything that may have happened before. Let's hope they pull their fingers out when the Slaters case hits the court room! Borsan was company secretary when that deal happened so he should know what he is doing and he can't blame RT for that one!

Agreed, but "in the price" to an extent - cash worth current market cap, at least one of the remaining businesses has value on top, and a further c.£1/share if/when the Slater & Gordon case goes the right way & escrow can be released.

Interesting to see the class action mooted in 2015 has basically gone nowhere.

Utterly pathetic, small change for both KPMG & the partner involved - and why the big discount on the actual fine imposed? Why should they pay much less for actually paying?

Perhaps they've decided to sack the board who do f##k all year in year out apart from proudly acknowledging the success of losing a little bit less than they did last year. Oh, and we still draw a fat salary without giving any insight, leadership or direction for the forseeable future. Blame it all on the Rob Terry legacy blah blah blah. Why don't they grow a pair, resolve their differences with S&G or have the decency to resign and do something useful with their lives.
