19/1/2011 12:28 | WAS historical traded value/volume.. Let's play "spot the daily mail article" | phil2003
19/1/2011 10:19 | al -> this is why I hopped out on that spike, a retrace is typical, I shall look to get back in at 2.5 | smith99
19/1/2011 09:56 | have to think that water saving cannot be a priority in potential customers thinking. Current disaster in Queensland will see to that. phil, I agree Kalina is the only interest here. | dougstewart
19/1/2011 09:42 | Re: Aquamour.. All feels a bit "6th form project" doesn't it? esp as dealing with water boards / credit crunch so capex all being squashed.. to cover a few square KM's with white vacuum formed lids, you'd need to consider.. * $ per lid x ? plus installation costs? * Proven water evap saving $? * $ treatment / impact of lower UV infiltration? * $ ROI in years vs. projected lifespan / any cleaning costs of lids? The Kalina cycle is the interesting investment for me... Thoughts? | phil2003
18/1/2011 15:24 | Smith99 The water evaporates, but it only comes back down when the humidity hits a certain point and the air cools. So the moisture evaporates and comes down thousands of miles away as it hits mountains or cold air, not much good if you are in the Australian bush. Most the water that falls as rain comes from the ocean, not a few reservoirs. For instance the rain that fell on Queensland came from the Pacific ocean. | hyper al
18/1/2011 15:20 | evaporation happens on all water surfaces on earth (like oceans and seas...) so covering a valuable source of fresh water (>5% of all water worldwide) would hardly make a difference IMHO | fragilelittlepetal
18/1/2011 14:34 | am I missing something about aquaarmour - surely if it evaporates it simply comes down with the next rain shower ? by stopping the evaporation arent we making the ground dry as the water would find its way back into the damns anyway after it waters the plants etc. | smith99
18/1/2011 13:59 | Water will be THE commodity in the future. Anybody seen the documentary called "Flow - For love of water"? A real eye opener. | induna123
18/1/2011 13:55 | Good volume but those delayed sells are keeping this down in the short term.. | phil2003
18/1/2011 13:41 | warwick69 Yep, all great stuff. Something as simple as AquaArmour™ can make a lot of money, a very useful device, which is cheap and easy to produce and highly beneficial on a global scale. A dream invention! | hyper al
18/1/2011 13:25 | yes i thought the broadcast this morning was very interesting, the forcast potential earnings and turnover for their three main projects on the company presentaion look amazing, this could be very highly rerated if they can start to hit some of their forecasts? IMO Water evaperation prevention is going to be massive, the Kalina project again despite how long it has been around with oil and energy costs rising so dramatically will be a big earner and the biodiesel on the same path. all very interesting and as has been stated very much off the Radar before the MOS article, so many may be looking to pick up stock on any retrace as was seen today. | warwick69
18/1/2011 13:14 | Good time to get in? Watched the rise to 3.5p yesterday. Thought I'd missed the boat. | induna123
18/1/2011 11:15 | peawacks If you are not about, I may start a new thread. Hope you don't mind. Just that I quite enjoy thread development and there is so much info about this company that needs to be shown. | hyper al
