31/1/2011 08:22 | the future earnings potential from Kalina Cycle IP is simply staggering DYOR | warwick69
31/1/2011 08:13 | based on potential MW energy potential of cement industry alone possible royalties of between $450million and $1.350 billion so if got contracts with only 10% would be annual recurring income greater than current value of the business? thats only in cement industry and only 10% repeat over steel industry and others and you can begin to see the possibilities of future royalty earnings for this fledgling industry? will be interesting time see what brokers come up with in forecasts for this business. Energy saving is going to be massive and essential in the future. | warwick69
31/1/2011 07:53 | i like these comments from j byrne in fridays press release "Although no terms of the contract have been released we previously suggested that the following terms may be achievable. Front end engineering design fees (predominantly in relation to power cycle design, through wholly owned subsidiary) The scope of engineering services and training fees provided is generally determined by the size of a project, but typically fees are in theorder of US$250,000 as the front end engineering design (FEED) services for most projects. Margin derived from EPC contract (through specification and procurement of major components from preferred OEM's) GGL may earn additional revenues by specifying and procuring the major items required for the respective Kalina Cycle® plants, such as the turbine-generator and heat exchangers, for licensees and/or clients. In addition wasabi will receive royalties of US$50,000 - US$150,000 per MW, based on the installed capacity of Kalina Cycle® systems. We estimate the overall contact to generate earnings this year of approximately US$1.5m. | warwick69
31/1/2011 06:16 | Excellent up 4.8% in OZ overnight should help us today. | sagem
28/1/2011 17:12 | good news.. | phil2003
28/1/2011 15:52 | Not sure why bid so low can sell at 2.75 even sell 800,000 at 2.7 and purchases going through at full offer on plus? so again we are seeing MM games wonder which way they will move it at the close? Law unto themselves. Very odd share to read. | warwick69
28/1/2011 15:44 | not many posters on this thread? anyone any thoughts on why todays announcement fell so flat is this just more profit taking from players in the float? once they cleared we may start to see some fireworks. | warwick69
28/1/2011 12:05 | i like the bit about roaylties long term if this is taken up by a number of cement plants and other opportunities then future royalties could be come substantial and regular, real long term growth prospects and recurring income will be earned? The reaction today is rubbish there is clearly still a large seller proably taking good profit from being involved in the initial placement? IMO. | warwick69
28/1/2011 11:59 | this is from a broker note Cenkos had sent this am from Stephen Morris who also stated that this was Great News and he will be talking to press later today and next week so may start to see some good news coverage from this. Although no terms of the contract have been released we previously suggested that the following terms may be achievable. Front end engineering design fees (predominantly in relation to power cycle design, through wholly owned subsidiary) The scope of engineering services and training fees provided is generally determined by the size of a project, but typically fees are in the order of US$250,000 as the front end engineering design (FEED) services for most projects. 28/1/2011 11:44 | andrbea. LSE haven't got a clue on how to value any share. You can't get the true value of anything when you have a bent system run by Hedge funds and the like. That said we need to see a forward looking projection with regards to the amount of cash this could spin off before this makes any real gains IMO. | newkid
28/1/2011 10:43 | why does share price plummet on such good news!! | marmaduke6
28/1/2011 09:25 | Why do people post the whole RNS on here? We can all reed it in the news thread. | newkid
28/1/2011 07:56 | warwick69 /////YES this is what it is all about especially getting into WASABII at such a low share price bases....we now get all the potential share increase now and as time goes by. | sagem
28/1/2011 07:41 | this must be posative for the share price it all adds to the growing greenenergy story. If this is replicated at other cement plants the benefit to Wasabi is enormous? IMO | warwick69
27/1/2011 10:29 | theres the big early sell order thats why all early buy trades showed as sells. | warwick69
27/1/2011 08:27 | The orders shown so far today are BUYS but all shwing as sells | sagem
26/1/2011 21:26 | phil, spring water is way off spec and not equivalent to distilled water, all power station plants have water treatment plants for the feed water for steam turbines. Spring water has several seriously corrosive elements. This was a serious mistake made by previous operator of the plant. | marmaduke6
26/1/2011 18:41 | Phil2003 I am only reporting on an explanation I was given no need to bite my head off? He clearly believes they will resolve the problems and get back on line and profitable? | warwick69
26/1/2011 17:50 | warwick69, seriously wise up.. the plant blew it's turbine twice.. and a simple change of water (from distilled to spring) did not close the plant as water does not corrode the type of aircraft grade (CP grade 1-4) Stainless steel used here.. The Whitticker report explains excactly what happened to close the Iceland plant... | phil2003
26/1/2011 17:01 | Yeah what happened there someone must have just put sell at best order in and got fleeced by MM's who may have finished making a market early? can not see any other reason for a 10% fall in the Bid price on such a small sell order? After full day of good buying | warwick69
26/1/2011 16:57 | warwick 69, Looks like the market was not impressed with the management explanation maybe Del boys Peckham magic elixir would have done the trick. | caretaker2 |
