12/11/2021 10:16 | All helps, directors own 6% I think | makinbuks
11/11/2021 19:21 | Yeah Chunkie | petewy
11/11/2021 17:37 | A nice director buy | nerja
09/11/2021 09:02 | Yes been in from the start, attracted by the yield! Would never have imagined NAV could rise by 50%+ in such a short period of time. Will attend the presentation at 10:30 and expect they will emphasise the rental potential | makinbuks
09/11/2021 08:44 | Excellent set of results, these have frequently trading 20% above net assets. So we could see £1.80 over the coming month.. Started buying these at 99p, so I'm a happy longterm holder. | igoe104
09/11/2021 08:09 | Stonking set of results. Net tangibles £1.52 per share. Portfolio up 9.4% since March. Only down side is the main index beckons. I suppose that makes them more attractive to the big investors and clearly they have a lot of ambition for major growth. Must be a decent rerate on the cards. | earwacks
07/11/2021 09:28 | Skyship - I can easily add those, are they all REITS? I only started the thread yesterday so the header can be expanded on, I could see there was no existing thread available to compare REITs which is why I created a thread. The idea is to compare existing REITs and highlight IPOs and placings/public offerings. There are two charts now comparing the share performance of nine REITs over the past year, both with SUPR as a baseline. (The limit is five shares per chart but more charts can be added). The advantage of charts over tabulated text is that they are self updating with a rolling year. There is also a link to fundamentals of all UK listed REITs, again I've put this as a link as directly tabulated data would soon become stale. | bountyhunter
07/11/2021 08:48 | bh - with suitable acknowledgement I was going to post that on the Commercial Property thread (CP+); however it is a bizarrely limited comparison thread - no BREI, no SLI, no SREI (maybe more); and also rates on EPS - no mention of NAVs. So won't use; but thanks for the input. | skyship
06/11/2021 21:21 | REIT comparisons and new issues... | bountyhunter
26/10/2021 13:31 | BERENBERG INITIATES WAREHOUSE REIT WITH 'BUY' - TARGET 200 PENCE That would be nice | nerja
29/9/2021 17:08 | Fully support Sky in pointing out on this board shares that he believes are better value than WHR | sleepy
29/9/2021 15:42 | Cheers Sky. In fact Igoe look at The Commercial Property Thread CP+ board which covers all these property types and something I have used in investing. And the board was founded by Skyship. | petewy
29/9/2021 13:25 | Saw there had been quite a few subsequent posts; wondered what I had missed! Apologies to all; I don't wish to be the subject of dissension. But I have to say thanks to all of you for the kind words. Let's move on; and hopefully that goes for our host as well... GLA | skyship
29/9/2021 11:04 | I'm not misunderstood at all, skyshop has often popped up on this forum trying to convince holders here to sell and buy brei..In my eyes thats poor etiquette. People should stick to posting issues about WHR and not ramping ones own shares. I'm the one that started this forum, so if you don't like it, start your own WHR forum. | igoe104
29/9/2021 10:58 | Ditto chocko1, CWA1, petewy. | ammons
29/9/2021 10:18 | Yes. Skyship is a very helpful board member on other boards as well. | petewy
29/9/2021 10:17 | I think your[SIC] the childish one Sorry igoe104-can't agree with you there. SKYSHIP is an excellent, and highly regarded by most, poster IMO. I welcome his comments-even if I don't agree 100% of the time. You pays your money... | cwa1
29/9/2021 10:14 | igoe104 - I think you completely misunderstand the motivation of Skyship. I am not sure why you have posted what you have. | chucko1
29/9/2021 09:50 | I think your the childish one, with your constant bombardment of ramping your own stocks. You need to start going out abit more and getting yourself a life. Nobody goes onto the Brei thread and starts ramping from this forum.... | igoe104
29/9/2021 09:43 | igoe - a rather childish & naive comment. I said back in June that I would report the BREI/WHR relationship after 1m/3m/6m. So, without good reason I won't be back here until c24th December. Until then... | skyship
29/9/2021 09:01 | Another bout of ramping / Deramping from skyship.😵 he pops up nowagain and tries to persuade us to jump ship to brei. Unfortunately WHR have much better assets than Brei , so he's wasting his time with me... | igoe104
29/9/2021 08:44 | So - 3months on and not much happening with either BREI or WHR # BREI up 3.1% # WHR down 3.5% Next update c24th December....zzz | skyship
29/8/2021 16:21 | Nice write up, thanks. Nothing new | makinbuks |
