14/6/2017 17:33 | 'Data replication technology developer WANdisco (WAND:AIM) is rebuilding investor confidence as it passes a vital cash flow breakeven milestone. Shares in the Sheffield and Silicon Valley-based company soared 17.5% to 452.5p on 24 April as it announced that cash burn had been slashed to zero for the three months to 31 March 2017. WANdisco has significantly streamlined its cost base during the past ..' This was back in April and the share hasn't looked back since. There are clearly contracts ,of a reasonable size, coming in so putting aside any general market turmoil I don't see why they shouldn't continue their strength.imo | hazl
14/6/2017 17:17 | 'WANdisco plc is not incorporated in the United Kingdom, and consequently the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.' Can anybody that has been invested here a while, tell me what this meansiin practise(if anything)? | hazl
14/6/2017 17:13 | older but I have found it interesting | hazl

14/6/2017 14:16 | The bid has gone up with trade for a while, they're keen to take this higher. Surprised not more buying with the US up and about. | tickboo

14/6/2017 09:13 | I've picked up a few. | hazl
14/6/2017 09:08 | Totally agree. Never knock anyone for taking profits but think there is plenty more to come here now. | acefromspace
14/6/2017 09:02 | Profit is profit I guess. My average is £4.40 or so and I've now got 36,850 but am here for the long term. So much upside. That said, I can always understand some taking a profit. For me this is just the beginning and by the year end we could be double where we are now. Sure these sizeable contracts will be the norm. Remember the $4m RBS deal is for only 5% of their data. More to come and more markets to exploit. | tickboo
14/6/2017 08:55 | Quite surprised at the level of selling into this news today. | acefromspace
14/6/2017 08:50 | This should also go higher when the US wakes up. Tech cos have been taking a battering (large ones) but these boys are under the radar and with positive interim results should attract some decent broker notes, recommendations and money. | tickboo
14/6/2017 08:38 | I quite agree...publicity in the US will also do no harm... | nurdin
14/6/2017 08:34 | New vertical, I think it's still just the start here for WAND and plenty of upside to come. | owenski
14/6/2017 08:21 | I'm obviously long on this share and can understand anyone taking a profit But given no cash burn, the unrivalled and patented product in a market that is growing exponentially the potential is massive. It looked overvalued when it was burning cash but now no more dilution, HSBC credit facility if needed and chunky contracts will be the norm. Big money coming here soon. | tickboo
14/6/2017 07:52 | Some poor sod sold nearly 17,000 yesterday for £4.67 I think it was. I sold a small amount of some other and was gonna buy here but waited. Oh well, great news on the size of the order, the fact it's up front but also a new sector should mean they have a decent case study to get more sales in the retail sector. Certainly helps to make sure H2 will be positive ebitda too. Exciting times. | tickboo
14/6/2017 07:32 | $2 million contract which will be paid in full, up-front in 30 days! | mcfly79
12/6/2017 12:12 | Just read thorne's notes again which make good reading. It looks like it's ready for the next move north. Will it get back past £5 and have an assault on the year's high. | tickboo
30/5/2017 09:12 | I'm surprised with the lack of cash burn, strong sales pipeline and the CEO saying dilution is not on the cards more haven't piled in here. I guess interest will start to translate into buys in the lead up to the interim. Should make for good reading. | tickboo
29/5/2017 16:29 | I think virtually all the airlines globally will be looking at the integrity of their IT systems. They probably already back up their data but most probably than not,not in real time . | nurdin
29/5/2017 16:17 | And they're not a WAND/Fusion customer from what I can see on the company website - maybe they need to be. That is a massive massive problem for an IT failure, needs to be addressed going forward. | owenski
29/5/2017 16:15 | Latest I heard today is - Power related outage caused the initial problem, but they have backup and that part didn't kick in either. | owenski
29/5/2017 15:39 | Ah, still good it's a hot topic even if BA's issue is power related. Weird if those massive £4.90 trades were sells given the share price movement. Might be Schroeder's selling more. RNS Tuesday I expect.! | tickboo
29/5/2017 15:07 | Owenski, that's exactly what I thought. Not sure if downtime was the issue meaning the back up didn't work but it's certainly a hot topic and can only help Wandisco's new business push. | tickboo
29/5/2017 14:40 | Quote from WAND - "Central to selecting WANdisco was Fusion's capability to enable the Client to move active, critical data seamlessly between both primary and disaster recovery sites and the Cloud without any downtime." Wonder if recent airline event could've been prevented? Must increase interest in WAND I would think. | owenski |
