25/7/2023 15:22 | costs reduced from 41million to 25million | stockhunters
25/7/2023 15:11 | Stockhunger I suggest you read their comments . Cash burn after cost cutting was circa 2m a month with 9m revenues . To overturn a 24m a year loss they will have to sign a massive amount of deals to get revenues to circa 40m. Not sure how many will sign deals in a hurry with a company with such a poor history and uncertain future . Even the new management team have little faith given their tiny investment in buying shares . Sometimes the writing is on the wall Sorry but this isn't going to recover ,that amount of revenue and deals simply won't come unless they get the previous salesman back ofc lol To put it into context they would need to sign a deal every week for a year with a value of around 400k . ,As we have seen very few deals are that big for a start and the speed they sign then nowhere near at that pace . See the problem ? The cash will be gone long before they break even . Kudos for trying to paint a pretty picture by the management but imo it's simply a paycheck for them for a year or two ,however long they can drag it out dillutiing | bones698
25/7/2023 15:01 | I suspect the fund raise is to buy time to sell the IP, assuming they can find a buyer. Those people coming in now might get the chance to get out again with a profit on this raise. Otherwise I agree, very unlikely to get there in 12 months from trading. | fgump
25/7/2023 13:51 | new management with significantly reduced costs, you might be right but you might be very wrong | stockhunters
25/7/2023 13:42 | Unfortunately as predicted falling below the issue price . The chances of a turnaround are very slim and thry haven't given themselves much time with the cash raised to manage it . The losses are far too high even With 9m revenue already and the deals simply won't come fast enough to turn it around before more money is needed . Death spiral financing at best and busy at worst | bones698
25/7/2023 13:12 | Owenski.... Yet another one, you got completely wrong....karma... sikhthetech - 09 Mar 2023 - 12:05:11 - 5714 of 6212 The potential US IPO game changer.. where have I heard that before.. Anyway Owenski.. your original posts ramping these..stop trying to pretend you got these right.. ;-) owenski - 03 Jan 2018 - 07:12:15 - 2377 of 5713 Great start to the year owenski - 04 Dec 2017 - 07:32:06 - 2265 of 5713 Post 2252, superb interview, almost acts as a trading update, shows where WAND is heading, no problem with todays fund raise, gets it out of the way and was kinda expected at some point. IMO owenski - 17 Nov 2017 - 18:50:10 - 2103 of 5713 I think the next driver is likely to be some numbers in Jans. update. owenski - 07 Nov 2017 - 07:19:31 - 2064 of 5713 Another partnership deal via Dell, with global market reach. WAND's routes to market are certainly impressive. owenski - 18 Oct 2017 - 14:41:57 - 2046 of 5713 Interesting to hear the CEO comment on IBM's Nick Dimtchev, in that his team were turning 20 - 30m USD deals into 200m USD deals in a short space of time. The IBM team is a highly focused bunch of pro's with clear strategies and goals. (Approx 1Hr 58Mins in) Agreed, the IBM presentation is well worth a listen to give credence to how they are leveraging Wand.Fushion and the rationale behind the partnership. Indeed one can see why this partnership is transformational to Wand. owenski - 17 Oct 2017 - 20:02:59 - 2043 of 5713 Peter Burris really explains the business drivers and concepts behind the need for Wandisco's solutions, superb clear presentation. owenski - 17 Oct 2017 - 19:26:19 - 2042 of 5713 Today's Cap. Market Presentation:- owenski - 06 Oct 2017 - 19:28:59 - 2012 of 5713 Talking primarily about hacking issues, but does give an insight into the ballooning amount of data being generated and that's just for autos, most of this is cloud based and where the fusion product is aimed at. I do think WAND is still in the foothills of this potential market. IMO | sikhthetech
25/7/2023 12:59 | Griffin 1.9m shares at 1300p. He had £24.7m worth at 1300p. Now sub £1m. Most probably he was covering his margin calls for the last many months. | the kingpin
25/7/2023 12:55 | Griffin is getting liquidated in the background. | the kingpin
25/7/2023 12:38 | If only makers worked like that eh? | babbler

25/7/2023 11:26 | Yet another classic blnx gang pump.. Nano, blnx, rthm, TAP, trmr etc etc sikhthetech9 Mar '23 - 14:39 - 5733 of 6205 Edit Potential US listing always catches PIs out, don't they seekthetech (fake id created to mimic mine to fool readers!!!)??? Look at Trmr, ex-blnx!! Stifel promoting potential US listing... Trmr shares surged in 2021 when, yes Stifel and other brokers, were promoting trmr for a potential US listing. The shares surged to 800p, at which price they had a placing. Barkboo, Seekthetech, 1gw, Brimach, Digitalis (all ex blnx rampers) ramping it whilst I was warning of the red flags. The shares have fallen since and crashed again this week after their results. The company comments warn of the same events I pointed out as red flags. Moral of the story, tread careful when companies talk about potential US listing, especially if ramped as a game changer. | sikhthetech
25/7/2023 10:36 | 50p will be "supported" initially, but will go soon. Market cap ridiculous. | kemche
25/7/2023 10:26 | Must be close to a record fall. | weatherman
25/7/2023 10:16 | Sorry but little chance of this going up they need to sign so many deals of a decent size to get to break even in a very short space of time ..they need turnover around 40m in 12 months just to get to break even and from the deals they are signing and speed of them they are going to be way short . Expect a steady decline in the share price as the cash gets used up fast | bones698
25/7/2023 10:13 | I hope for shareholders they can walk on water | hooded claw
25/7/2023 10:09 | new management | stockhunters
25/7/2023 10:07 | Why would anyone buy in here after seeing how they treat their shareholders? | hooded claw
25/7/2023 09:32 | contract is irrelevant but their partners are valuable odds directors have more news lined up after dumping in $800k? | stockhunters
25/7/2023 09:24 | Ignore andrbea's wonderful investment advice, the clown has wasted 10 year of it's existence with a failed punt on TERN. Nuff said. | owenski
25/7/2023 09:23 | WTF is that contract, $7,680.00 really What happened to the multi million $$ contracts they announced previously !!! | bigboots
25/7/2023 09:22 | Wow a 7000 dollar contract. Rns probably cost more to write than that. | babbler
25/7/2023 09:19 | worth a small punt IMO marked 96% down but a contract awarded on July 11 2023 11 July 2023 WANdisco plc ("WANdisco" or the "Company") Contract Win FordDirect signs first contract with WANdisco WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the data activation platform, today announces a new one-year contract valued at $7,680 with FordDirect for WANdisco's Data Migrator product. Though small in initial value, this is the first contract the Company has signed with FordDirect and has been secured via the Company's partnership with Microsoft. | andrbea
25/7/2023 09:12 | Question is what mugs have bought them at 50p in the placing. Anyway the market has spoken. An hour in and we are at 50p and buyers have dried up. I can't see the share price holding here but it's AIM so anything can happen. | cc2014 |
