25/7/2023 08:53 | Yeah if that. And worse - what mug has bought them at that price, when they could have got 50p? Is a problem when there's few/no shorts to be closed - they'd usually be the buyers after something like this. | spectoacc
25/7/2023 08:53 | that is the thing they are instis + there are fees when taking placings there will not be much flipping as no retail | stockhunters
25/7/2023 08:52 | you mean 300K-500k shares? out of 46m issued | the kingpin
25/7/2023 08:50 | In fairness, any existing inst. shareholders who took up the 50p Open Offer could have sold out in at least a little size at 55p this morning, for a tidy 10%. Sadly, whatever shares they held already are down 96% from the suspension ;) | spectoacc
25/7/2023 08:40 | I've taken 50k long at just over 50 ! Tight stop | amaretto1
25/7/2023 08:38 | Highly unlikely this time as DR is retired | greghome12
25/7/2023 08:36 | is there a trade somewhere? no retail in raise and directors took almost $1million Certain Directors and members of management have indicated their intention to subscribe for, in aggregate, $798,644 of Management Subscription Shares | stockhunters
25/7/2023 08:34 | Investors will always be wondering if the sales figures are being massaged. . . | scepticalinvestor
25/7/2023 08:23 | It will be announced later that there is a related party transaction in shares and that Sheffield Wednesday is buying them for a flat cap to go on a shirt 🤣 | lingeringsmell
25/7/2023 08:12 | Interesting how it's being held above the 50p placing price so far, despite sellers at 55p. If it slips below, it'll start to look terminal. Why take up the placing at 50p if you could buy in the market lower. Someone's supporting it - the flipside is that if they weren't, why would they be buying at 55p, when they could partake in the placing at 50p. | spectoacc
25/7/2023 07:55 | Currently showing 58p for uncrossing, | spectoacc

25/7/2023 07:31 | Place your bets - today's the day. "Trading on AIM for the under-mentioned securities was temporarily suspended. The suspension is lifted from 25/07/2023 7:30am, an announcement having been made." | spectoacc
24/7/2023 11:27 | The challenge.......problem 1: delivering enterprise size deals has been made substantially more difficult with reputation and going concern risk and hadoop is really now only used by companies with extremely large distributed datasets (i.e. enterprise scale). Problem 2: how does a business with this history and that solves a specific and uninspiring problem attract and retain talent.......with difficulty.........stay clear | strange1
24/7/2023 10:49 | Just be sure they are ponying up as you put it does t mean they are risking their capital on the shareprice . They could hedge against losses and as such make money either way so very limited risk to them . This is the game these days with investment companies etc . I e seen them invest only to short companies and vice versa . Wand has a year to get turnover to around 30 to 40m minimum from there a decision will be made how viable the new business is or not imo . | bones698
24/7/2023 07:23 | @bones698 - we all (or most of us) would agree, but who is ponying up the extra cash, and why? It's a free ride for the directors who are putting in - they'll get it back in pay, from that very same pot - but what institutions think it's a safe home for their clients' cash? | spectoacc
24/7/2023 07:16 | Unfortunately the maths simply doesn't add up here . 25m losses on 9m revenue .that in itself is alarming and the size of deals simply nowhere near big or frequent enough to turn it around before the cash runs out again . Given the torrid past and destruction of faith and the shocking losses then unfortunately I don't see this surviving much past the next year . Another large amount of cash will be required to keep them going and that will be even more heavily dillutive . The old death spiral has begun and without a huge increase in revenue the losses won't reduce enough or fast enough to save them . Trust has been destroyed Incan see this falling pretty steadily from the placing price over the next year even if a good number of deals appear | bones698
22/7/2023 01:20 | Share suspended, shocking state gteghome1, where are you>? | dudishes

20/7/2023 17:59 | al101.uk' Thanks for the explanation. If it's the whole marketing fact sheet, there's not much hope for an afterlife. The surviving IP value must quickly evaporate leaving the successor management looking less Brave than Foolish. I remain hopeful that the new management is intelligent enough to see something of long term value, which naysayers here do not......The hope is dwindling fast. It's now only a week to go before I can say Amen and focus on the gems of the future, which it looks that this is not be. There is so much really positive excitement already to be had 'across the Pond': , so little here: Quantum Computing, Robotics, Autonomous Electrical Transportation on land sea and in the air, even Drone delivery systems; genetic engineering to exploit the new rapid whole gene sequencing vision of diseases and AI to refine the scope and outcome from almost every human activity. Hopefully you will live long enough to reap the benefits, which I at 95 will not, .... before you are destroyed by the first Horse of the Apocalypse. Will it be War, or Hunger which will overcome you? And will they be triggered off by Heat and Overpopulation? Each is becoming ever more plausible. You may well get to Mars. Be sure that Elon Musk will already have installed himself in the necessary first Airtight Space Domain | scrutable
19/7/2023 07:26 | Needs 100k a day, every working day, to get anywhere near to cashflow b/e (not profit, not making up for how ever many tens of millions they've had sunk into them). So perhaps there's a $2m one on the way. Or $2k :) | spectoacc |
