"High. Is that Grubby Little Brokers Limited?"

"Yes, sir, what can I do you for?"

"This is Banjee Masala, CEO of Vyke Communications PLC"

"Never heard of it"

"Well, we're looking for a new Nominated Adviser ... would GLB take us on as a client?"

"What happened to your previous NOMAD?"

"Errr.. well, errr.... They, ahem, errr .... resigned. Suddenly."

"Okay – what about your company? Good for us to recommend our clients to buy? Great growth prospects? Solid business model? Strong client franchise?"

"Errr.... If I was going to be honest, I'd have to say no in answer to all of those. No business, no clients no growth, no clue where we're going"

"Banks and debt holders fully supportive?"

"Not really. They've threatened to pull the plug"

"Right ... sounds attractive! But if we take you on, you've got the money to pay our fees, haven't you?"

"Well, that might be an issue. The fees we owed our last NOMAD we paid in shares. Issued at double the market price. On which they took a bath. Would you be interested in a similar deal?"
