Vyke Communications PLC ("the Company") was placed into administration on 12 April 2011. Joanne Milner and Stephen Cork of Cork Gully LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company.

As a result of the administration the shares are no longer trading. The Company's assets have been sold and insufficient recoveries have been made to enable a distribution to shareholders.
