14/10/2011 14:03 | I've a question of my own which I'm hoping someone here can help me with. I have a large American fridge-freezer made by Whirlpool. Unfortunately the light in the fridge stopped working at the weekend. I can't find out what type of replacement bulb I need because I can't even work out how to remove the cover it sits within. Does anyone know what the replacement part number is? I know I could look in the manual and find out for myself but it's in a box file in a cupboard in the kitchen and I'd need a chair to stand on to get to it and, frankly, I can't be @rsed. I mean, the manual has about 90 pages in it, some in French and Greek and stuff and yes I could use the index but why should I bother? Would you wade through all that type just to find out what you need to know to get it working properly again? Exactly. I know the 'advice' I'll get from someone here is quite likely to be wrong why should you know any more than I do? but as I'm too lazy to look up the information for myself or too stupid to understand what it says, I'll accept that risk. In fact, could any of you come round and fit the new bulb for me because even when I find the part number and order a new one, I'm not sure I'll have the energy or the common sense to be able to fit the darn thing in any event and my beer and wine and Waitrose ready meal will remain in the dark, even when the fridge door is opened. I'd be very grateful if you could enlighten me. And my ready meal. | justl00king

14/10/2011 08:26 | Yes they're still trading, making loads of profits and about to soar back up to the dizzy heights of 500p as bordersboy and robandkerry promised us they would. Nurse!!!! | justl00king

17/9/2011 15:55 | thank you,you need to read...x5...300sl... rather you didn't refer to me as part of a group of........ | 300sl
16/9/2011 09:12 | you were right about the outcome of vyke, but jumping in and out was rather good | 300sl
16/9/2011 08:27 | I'm in plenty of shares thanks very much for better or for worse. If you build a reasonably large portfolio for the long term you can't jump in and out of the markets like some sort of nervous cat. Still sitting on plenty of (paper) profits as well as a few stinkers. You seem reluctant to admit that if it's all about making ££ then a call to sell or avoid Vyke on a Vyke discussion board proved to be the best advice. | justl00king
15/9/2011 18:20 | very strange guy you are,it's all about making ££! You can't be in anything at the moment, otherwise you'd be screaming. Cash is king or should i say Justl00king | 300sl
15/9/2011 17:47 | what's good for you going forward? did you look at CMX,property, cash? don't worry about the past or other poisters.. | 300sl
15/9/2011 17:26 | I could say the same to you. And I could add that all those posts where I said Vyke was a scam and a bag of nails and would go bust were all pretty sensible investment comments but the likes of bordersboy and robandkerry and you didn't want to listen, did you? | justl00king
13/9/2011 16:32 | why can't you just make a sensible investment comment for once? | 300sl |
