Sammy I don't know who you are but your posting record suggests you are connected with brrmedia who appear to promote all the firms mentioned on your posts. Dishonest don't you think?

Found this interesting audio interview with Rick Smith, Chief Executive Officer with VPhase.

Its well worth a quick click:

Active energy abandoned their business model in the electrical technology I managed to get out at near the top. A lucky escape on my part.

Oh I see, yes look at the 5 year chart and count the broken hearts.
Aim is famous for these cons.
Trouble is when something good does come along no one believes it, currently into Pinn and it struggles with short term punters and MM games.

I used to hold AEG but managed to get out with a good profit. These stocks have had their day.

Perhaps losses for H1 down from (£1.1m) to (£0.9m). Another placing on the way surely. Presumably they'll be out of money by the year end the way things are going.

Good afternoon all. I am a holder of Energetic who hold Vphase stock and I have always said this device will never make any real money. Just can't see it.

I came across this company recently and was interested because of previous experience of voltage optimisation in industrial applications. Such applications are mentioned in VPhase's promotional videos.

The company in question was one of the largest user of electricity in the NW of England, with thousands of smallish motors - from 5KW to 15kW rating. Following trials, the company spent a seven figure sum on voltage optimisation devices.

Over the next months, there was a noticeable increase in motor failures and energy usage per factory increased slightly, rather than the marked decrease predicted by the trials. There were also a number of failures of the voltage optimisation units, which was a new cost for the company.

The supplier was called back to re-run the measurement trials. The same impressive level of saving was demonstrated to the company by the supplier.

As suspicion rose about the quality of the trial measurements, they were again repeated, this time with the company's own independently sourced instrumentation fitted in addition to the supplier's. This independent instrumentation showed slightly increased power consumption due to fitting of the voltage optimisers.

You might imagine that the supplier of the equipment would have been told to take all the voltage optimisation boxes away, and possibly be sued for fraud... but no! Those familiar with Industry might guess. The senior manager responsible for promoting the idea within the company, running the trials, and authorising the purchases, was able to hush-up the true results, and the whole episode died a gradual death. No come-back of any consequence against the supplier.

Of course, none of this relates to VPhase and their product.

Are you surprised? £10M for what? Why not give your shirt to a charity shop instead of losing it here.

heard coverage on ( i think radio 4)about how this lot is involved but ..................... £10 m mkt cap if advfn is correct looks like £10m for the shorts to collect unless they get their act together. i'd love the product but never heard a bean & boy with a £10,000 elec bill pa it would help but nope, no sign of their interest in my money! Hey ho! I doubt their PR or whom ever will see this post so more lost sales......................! Biz is tricky & challenging but............

Cut the volts for shock savings
Most electrical appliances don't need the high voltage supplied in your mains

"Whatever system is used, the effects can be dramatic. Vphase, a Manchester firm that has developed a voltage optimisation unit with the backing of Liverpool university's engineering department, said it can reduce household electricity bills by 10% to 12% as well as extend the life of appliances."

Don't worry about them, can you really see them breaking even any time soon. Not to mention ever having a market cap of £100M or £300M.
