412069 I've no wish to criticise you personally, I was hoping that you might reply with reasoned argument why this company valued at £8.3M is an investment. I see it like an outsider in a horse race which may make you some money if it wins, in other words a gamble. If you look back over this thread for a few years, a lot of people have been claiming a great future. This is the future as far as VPHASE is concerned and it's doing little turnover, losing a lot and raising money from placings to pay the directors enough to buy the company out at some point, if and when they start making money, which with this product I see as being unlikely. Go on try and tell us why you think they can ever reach a point where they can make a profit of say £.5M and rising to justify their present valuation when after all this time their turnover isn't that big. In the meantime this is purely a pump and dump share, just be sure when the music stops you're not stuck with it.

I wondered if it was time to change my view point and had a look at the last annual report on their website. The directors emoluments make interesting reading and would explain why they want to keep this gravy train going. The CEO upped his pay by 60k to 175,000. That would get him 12M shares at the placing which is what he bought. His other holding was transferred from Energetix at nil consideration so he he's not exactly playing with his own money as far as I can see.
So tell me why this is worth more than £8.3M .

Would the director throw away his money on the 23m he bought though surely not.

I doubt enough to dent these awful figures from the interims

-- Revenue up 227% to GBP658,000 (2011: GBP201,000)
-- Overheads reduced to GBP993,000 (2011: GBP1,180,000)
-- Loss reduced to GBP805,000 (2011: GBP1,082,000)

Tell me how this company would be worth more than its present market cap (£8.3M) which has a helluva lot of good news already priced in. This is just a hobby for the directors and while mugs keep buying new shares in placings they could go on for ages but not make enough money to pay back investors.

After a bit of digging looks like they have a British Gas order that could come to something. And a director 13m buy last month with results out 25th March.

is there life after practically death of the sp, not sure yet. they should have had a bit more noddle to make their deal announcements in mid Jan rather than when most are Christmas shopping. You never know i might see my 4G sometime in 2015, which would be nice.

Wow, the new Vphase units can carry the CE mark proving they won't kill anybody.
Just the same as my shower cubicle.
Probably about as much use as an investment.

Certainly met mine, lol. Why would anybody bother investing here. I'm heavily invested in Pinn which for the same market cap is doing good turnover and has just completed lots of contracts for the Olympics. Profit before exceptional items too. Next year end figures should be very good.

Have they ever met expectations?
