No, I am sure the 4 shares AT traded at 115 and the 38 shares AT traded were very genuine...

Tiny trades keeping us at 115p while all the decent trades are at 117-118... manipulation... surely not...

Despite less than exciting news TTG has quietly been hitting new highs. Demand for electronics products on the up imo.

A weak day, but good buying in VLX today - nearly all buys today.

Couple of large-ish trades on ISDX last night - but may be just a roll - 20,000 each, albeit 20 minutes apart:

MACD is crossing positive, and we have just had a 50-200 golden cross, albeit not a classic 'both rising' cross...

I don't think it will take much to get us breaking out...

Modest buying is there, but then it didn't really go away last week - virtually everything of note was a buy, but they still dropped the price when that RNS came out - just when it looked like we might pop 120 - and kept it low when the buying continued.

Nowt to be done but wait it out. Murky though.

Chairman, CEO and FD all changed. Personally I think if there's any deck-clearing the market will see that for what it is and the price will rally with a new board in place imo.

Chart trend has changed since the board changes and now appears to be rising imo.

Each to their own, buying after any trading update or results reduces your risk imo. Buying after a good RNS probably means you pay 10-20% more imo.

Thanks CR

Looks an interesting opportunity - undecided whether to get in now or wait until the trading update.

Just in case the new CEO wants to clear the decks with anything that could be seen as negative and blame the previous management before moving the company on and 'taking the glory'

Thanks again

They had a trading update Sep 18 last year but that was unusual for the co - it was more to warn. McTighe bought his 426K Aug 12. I assumed that was the latest he could buy ahead of a trading update coming in Sep. Results are end of Oct so they go into the closed period in Sep so McTighe couldn't buy then and after the interims he's no longer Chairman so I'd guess he might not have been entitled to those shares at 98p by then.

So my guess is they may have a t/s around Sep 18 or there abouts but it's not a regular thing.

Hi chaps

Just starting to research this share

Any ideas when the half yearly trading statement will be out? - assume later October?

Latest broker views on share price out of date and suggest 120 sp

My initial thoughts look circa 170 - what are your views?

looks ok to me, imastu.
the pullbacks are about half the previous rise, which is acceptable.

Disappointing - but predictable - couple of days, with a sudden drop on nothing particularly visible other than that scrip dividend RNS, and continued (imho) buying but no recovery.

I suppose we can at least say it is recording higher lows as it lurches drunkenly upwards - quite a steep rising wedge. Which probably means sweet fa...

I thought the higher share price the lower cash paid in dividends - if you can elect to buy at 116p you would only do that if share price is higher?
