10y high around 240 - spent most of that decade chopping or declining
Deep Value zone: 75% off peak=60p, 80% off peak=48p. So whilst the current compression & divergence certainly looks like its finally basing, a flash to the 50s with a yield spike to 14% isnt out of the question either.

Kryss The reason it is being discussed is because Vodafone are 1 of the top 100 of Stonewalls supporters in the country. This strongly suggests that the board are too distracted by their Woke leanings to actually concentrate on the business of making a profit for the shareholders and the share price is evidence if any were needed.
How much more are Vodafone employees working on ESG , DEI and suchlike,to the detriment of the company.I would urge anyone who hasn't heard of the poisonous cult Stonewall to look on YouTube especially if you have young children to see the damage they are inflicting on our society and Businesses.

VODAFONE : Gets a Neutral rating from Berenberg

In his latest research note, analyst Carl Murdock-Smith confirms his recommendation. The broker Berenberg is keeping its Neutral rating.

The target price is lowered from GBX 80 to GBX 75.

Nilla, this is a VOD thread so I'll keep it brief. LGBT and transgender is not a cult, it is an identification of human traits that have always been with us but only quite recently dared speak their name. And most young people in or entering the workforce today, including those VOD presumably seeks to attract, would find your views bizarrely out of touch with modern life. I imagine VOD, the employer, hopes not to be such.

Hatem Dowidar, group CEO at e&, told Bloomberg TV that his company is still open to making investments in much of the world, including boosting that Vodafone holding that kick-started its entry into the European market.

The United Arab Emirates-based operator bought into Vodafone in 2022 and has since built up a holding of 14.6%, but there has been talk of it upping that to 20%. Dowidar did not give specifics, but made it clear that an increase is still an option, while also insisting that e& would remain a minority holder.
