Last info indicated that they could raise up to £2million -

AGM information suggests that a maximum of 28million shares could be issued -

That would be significantly less dilution than expected and with the LIBERUM co founder now on board who has paid 2.5p -

Value of patience with penny stocks!

Interesting that yet another well respected and successful entrepreneur has seen something worth while here. Hoping new team have their eye on building a much larger and successful company.

No reason why this should not get up to previous highs reached shortly after Chris Ingram invested... near term 50% increase

With directors buying in, it's very unlikely they will be traded. Meaning less for the likes of us. Which inevitably squeezed the price paid, up. Depending on what happens in the next few hours, things could get very interesting.
You wouldn't expect director buying at that volume unless they are confident that they can make a success of it. Or, maybe they are aware of something we are not

This company's going to taken over for 8p per share , the product was the big deliverance not the result. Growth next time around will be eventually higher than thought, watch this space Mr Zed, you sold too early I think.
