08/12/2017 00:49 | So now another Non-Executive Director of the Company, Fraser Grayhas, has parted with a few bob to purchase 556,085 ordinary shares at 2.70p per share ..... | livewireplus
21/11/2017 13:53 | Even after the placing Market Makers offering 100k max and want full quote 2.75p - Most if not all stock in safe hands - No interest here YET - But a question of time - | tomboyb
16/11/2017 22:16 | Evening - Good to see a non-exec dir picking up shares at 2.75p - Not much info on her apart from being ex-tesco finance director - It does look to me like VIS is churning a lot of data and that can be very useful - Secondly MifIID II coming into force in January and Simon did mention it - How useful to VIS remains to be seen - | tomboyb
16/11/2017 11:57 | RNS out - New director buys shares - | tomboyb
15/11/2017 07:52 | I hope she is a good fit and does the job ! I'm in VIS with a small stake so far because Anthony Cross has a good track record...will average up depending on how the company progresses. Not sure that having ex RBS or ex Tesco on your CV, is a good or bad thing - certainly not good in case you were responsible for handling the money / finances ! Good luck all :) | multibagger
15/11/2017 07:35 | Seems like a good appointment just when the buisness is focusing on the new strategy - Like I said earlier you don't get many companies on AIM with £1mill investment from directors - EX Natwest / RBS and Ex-Tesco - | tomboyb
15/11/2017 07:30 | Good Morning - New non-exec appointment Ex -Tesco International Director appointed - | tomboyb
14/11/2017 10:42 | A few buyers around this morning buying on weakness - Not much stock at all available at these levels - Most is held very tightly - | tomboyb
10/11/2017 07:55 | And hardly any AIM companies with dirs invested with £1 million GBP - That is a big investment so clearly expecting the share price to follow - | tomboyb
09/11/2017 18:18 | Anyone who subscribes to GCI will have noticed the marked increase in daily content over the last few weeks. This will, hopefully, increase page views substantially as previously we were lucky to read one or two new articles a week. Some nice video adverts on the site too. Hopefully, more adverts, by clients who are paying more for the space will lead to greatly improved revenues from this side of the business. GLA | 5chipper
09/11/2017 16:02 | Blue day today - Now a very tightly held company - Some newsflow should see this progress much further - Dyor - | tomboyb
26/10/2017 11:03 | Also... I've ignored the acquisitions that could turbo boost this which they heavily indicated at today. | surething1
26/10/2017 10:52 | As said previously, it will take time to play out. But by the time it does, people will have missed this entry point. Looking to launch 6+ events a year going forward. The diversity segment is currently the smallest but looks like a big growth market. Very rough numbers but to give you an idea..... they want to increase events by 6 a year for next 3 years which would be a 75% increase in total events. Let's say they manage to increase revenue per event by 20% over the next 3 years (i.e. in total not per year) which seems very conservative given event revenue was up nearly 50% last year, recent attendees figures are up nearly 50% on some events, they are increasing the lifespan of events (e.g. adding evening awards), they are adding events in US which are more profitable and they are focusing on events which are more relevant for today's markets such as diversity. Let's use last year's gross margin of 65% (which I would hope could be improved) and last year's event revenue which was around £1.08m annualised. If we use the above conservative number then in 3 years on EBIT multiple of 10x, they would value the event business alone at just under £15m. That is 5x on the current market cap for the whole company. You then get the exciting data business which they are developing, the publications and the websites on top of that. I doubt Simon is seeing his investment of money and time on that short of a time horizon but lets not forget he took Liberum from nil to £55m of revenue in 7 years which was founded just before the credit crunch while others went out of business and trading commissions halved in the industry. After being a captain in the Army 20 years ago, he focused on analysing/selling small-caps which clearly has an advantage in both the running of Vitesse and the understanding of their products. | surething1
26/10/2017 10:07 | Diversity is a massive issue stateside - I'd like to see what Stilwell can do from here - Looks like cash is v healthy at £1.9mill after paying debt and may look to acquire - # Online Traffic has increased 63% since 2016 - The trick now is to increase revenue and have profitable revenue generation online and events - Most if not almost all stock has been taken up by institutions and high net worths - | tomboyb
26/10/2017 09:46 | As said previously, will take time to play out. But by the time it does, people will have missed this entry point. Looking to launch 6+ events a year going forward. Will be interesting when there is an update on how these American events compare in profitability to the UK ones. The diversity segment is currently the smallest but looks like a big growth market. | surething1
