Indeed. Some investors (or should I say traders) do not have too much patience nowadays. I'm happy to hold and await the next RNS.

Good Morning..

Yep Moor.. it does look much better..

As we await overhaul of all major online sites.. the traffic coming to those has been pretty good over the past month..

It also seems that chris Ingram is confident not only on FY profit but the ability to now grow the company.. we are @ the beginnings for VIS..

But plz dyor..

Online sites moving up the alexa ranking nicely..

For those who view alexa.. it is not the best way to determine quality traffic to a site but it is a decent enough metric..

smallbuisness.co.uk.. has an alexa of 4700 uk.. highest I've seen for this site..

If Ingram can increase traffic to its online sites.. and create more advertising revenue.. then this could be a very interesting business..

It is early stages, but it seems to me like Ingram is building the business, importantly, he knows what to do and how to do it..

Ideally, I probably would like to see a small fundraise i.e 100k-150k.. I don't think that is necessary, however would potentially give them breathing space..

Bolt on small acquisitions to increase revenue.. only, if the fit is complimentary.. I've seen a few "event platforms" that would make you think..

These interim's represented the quiet part of the year.. point to note..

Good luck..

Good Morning..

Interim's out..

Looks like Ingram is turning the business around with profitability for the FY forecast..

Generally there has been an improvement in all online operations.. there will be a major overhaul here as well by the end of Sept.. I look forward to that..

The events side of thing also seem to be improving..

To me, it looks like everything is in place for a recovery and building a bigger company organic and bolt on..

Good Morning.. Moor..

I hold a few for the medium term hence my thread.. The online site seem to be doing better than they have done in the past.. but we will find out more in the interims..

The events business .. ( I hope they can build a platform here..) looks interesting..

And Ingram.. seems like a nice chap who will respond to shareholder query..

He has skin in the game.. which as a shareholder really is critical..

Good morning..

some selling today and yesterday.. but overall MMs holding up well with Vis..

I wonder whether Vitesse which has around 20 events, corporate will have a platform like some of the other events companies.. If Ingram can utilse the expertise in the Ingram Enterprise as well as his own knowledge.. then this is a tiny company to watch..

up 8.9%.. not any real volume.. so thinly up..

In the vitesse network.. the online sites seem to be improving again..i.e ranking wise..

His key now is to create that awareness of Vitesse..

He does have a lot of contacts in business.. most of them blue chip.. and that may well be very interesting for Vitesse..

Good morning...

Since Ingram took over running the day-to-day business this year and taking that 26% stake here, he is looking @ a few areas in which he can really improve the business..

The events side of the business is going through an upgrade by the looks of it.. another events business which has an alexa rank of below 300 in the uk seems to be doing quite well and vitesse could well emulate it for their events side of things..

His focus initially is organic.. to build up the market cap of the company..

So we shall see where he can take this.. bearing in mind he does know this business very well ..

moving quietly up the alexa rankings to 5500 in the uk..

Just one aspect of the business.. I see more clientele for the business.. Lets see how the events side of business does.. if it gets near to a much larger business quoted then this has mileage to go..

Good Morning..

and moving nicely up the alexa rankings..

I'd like to see Chris Ingram really start generating interest in this business.. only been around 5 months.. so some time to go..

Additionally, i'd thought that with brexit.. it should generate some interest in these titles..

However, going in the right direction so far chris ingram..

Good Morning..

smallbuisness.co.uk has an alexa ranking of around 7000 in the UK.. so it is not a bad ranking @ all for this tiddler.. where it can be improved is the partnerships it generates as well the revenue streams..

However, this is one section of the business..

A blue start today..

Looking @ the new year.. it looks like new business in each of the 4 key areas of the business has new clients.. i.e BT, o2, HSBC, vonage, Royal Mail.. and in the Tech division with IBM, Intel, Trend Micro Adapt..

Ingram really looking @ the market cap.. and initially organic growth which makes sense..

Good Afternoon..

Always wondered how Chris Ingram fared with the sale or Tempus.. Well here is the snippet..

CHRIS INGRAM v SIR MARTIN SORRELL (2001)

It's been said Martin Sorrell and Chris Ingram - the protagonists in WPP's £434 million takeover of Tempus - have a love-hate relationship.

The trouble is there's no love in it. The ill-feeling began when Sorrell, WPP's chief executive, bought a 14.4 per cent stake in Tempus from a one-time business partner of Ingram who had left after falling out with him. Ingram, the Tempus chairman, having built his media buying operation, made no secret of his loathing for the man menacing his company. But Ingram seems to be having the last laugh.

The £62.8 million he has trousered has been enough to buy Woking Town, his local football club, with a bit to spare.

There you go..

Good Afternoon..

Just added Vitesse shareholding on the thread..

Major shareholders holding around 75% of the total equity followed by the management in including Chris Ingram holding almost 40% of the total equity..

so skin in the game..
