X2 Yes seems to be under major HF accumulation today 😉 |

I believe they will. I was fortunate to add a few RRs sub £, as always the only mistake, not taking enough !! |
X2 The same with RR the 615/620 resistance levels are proving to be a tough layer to get through hopefully by the end of the week these levels will serve as support instead 🤞 |
Yes, great to see a holding hike. Just need a few more to galvanise that belief that the recovery is on track.6.15 is proving a tough nut to crack but hopefully we'll see it break out shortly. |
Good to see Abram upping their stake. They must believe there is more value to come out of this one.

Disappointing finish but I'm not trading it although looking at this consolidation phase, it's been trading in a 50p range so great business if your timing is good :) |
More HBs for me. BTRW/PSN & VTY. Let's see where we are come end Q1. |
Nice set of HY results for Barrats and a buy back program :) |
Should be a good day for housebuilders today ?? |
All positives but the market is waiting for that confidence boost in the shape of insider buys. Lots of variables affecting the sector BUT investors are looking for those insider buys. The bears believe there's more negativity to come from the accounting woes or that Q1 nos won't flatter. Time for GF and co to fill their boots pre next close period commences. |
From Construction Enquirer today, every little helps. |
Housing association Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing has agreed multiple deals with Vistry to pave the way to build 323 homes at the £1.2bn Clapham Park regeneration scheme in South London. |
Have all the shorts now closed apart from Jp Morgan ? |
Our Greg was with ole Kemi B at a Bovis 'eco' development yesterday. Our Starmer will push on with the build new 'affordable homes' strategy and Vistry will win tgat business and continue to deliver healthy revenue but the big question ' IS IT VERY PROFITABLE ?'. |
2 MPC members unexpectedly voted for 0.5 cuts so I can see a few more pre year end, even with the inflation projections at 4% + and growth sub 1%. As stated and apologies if I sound like a broken record :) This is being held back as a result of the accountancy saga and the lack of insider buying. If we don't see the latter, the shirts will hold in, hoping that more poor news to follow in Q1 but there's probably going to be another cut pre fy results release so I still see the share price trading in the £6-7 region. |
One day Rodders. They'll be back in a closed period cone month end so hopefully they decide to visit the trough in style. |
I think that if you keep saying that they definitely will. |
First rate cut, just need our insiders to start loading up ;) |
4% daily swings, a traders dream. |
Sp rose c 20% immediately post TU on the 15th and has consolidated at the £6 level over the last 2 weeks. We haven't benefitted from the better than expected CPI number and the prospect of the first interest rate cut next week whereas other HBs have. Much that we've seen a nice 20% bounce from the low. We now need some more good news and that needs to start with a big vote if confidence from the insiders as that will force shorts to consider their positions and hopefully close. The lack of volume inside trade will stall our progress until we see next results at Q1. |
Looks like our R from accounts has impressed the market :(. Lots of words but that pudding better have the right ingredients and prep and cooking spot on. Won't be long before we'll be back in the mid £6s trending north :) |
Planning constraints all being addressed as of today. |
