I think we will need to kickstart the campaign soon before we end up with nothing left to fight for ! That said the supposed value inherent in changing things for the better is much improved as we go lower. My original holding looks sick now though. At some point the institutions must realize that their inaction has cost them.

Back in today having sold out along with a lot of others in early July. The risk/reward has just got to be favourable at sub 35p. I would like to sign up to David's petition against the incentive scheme if someone will paste me a link?

davidosh this situation has become truly appalling I can see nothing to support the VLK share price at the present time and like you wish I had sold my original 170K worth of VLK shares when the scheme was first announced - instead of ending up acquiring another 20K from a buy limit order that I had placed a long time ago and had forgotten about which was executed at just under 47p whilst away on an extended holiday.

Having zero faith in the current management to act in the interests of all shareholders many of whom have paid good money to become part owners of the business. I have held my shares for many years through thick and thin since the days when VLK was called Silvermines and now view the current management as nothing short of disreputable opportunistic thieving bar stewards. However I am not prepared to sell out at such a low and distressed price giving them an opportunity to possibly pick them up cheaply in the market and possibly offering to take the company private at a small premium to a badly depressed valuation as a direct consequence of their actions as unlike us they clearly know the true worth of the company!

The Management appear to be getting a "get out of jail for free'' card here. If this goes lower and /or consolidates at these levels then then their Bonus becomes more and more attractive to shareholders

It's a pity when already well rewarded managements let their own greed come before all else, they wouldn't be there without shareholders and the support of good staff. Still, being pragmatic, the the upside looks better than the downside. Gordon Gekko said greed is good, I'm not sure how much he meant but I'm pretty sure the greed of this management will recover the share price even if it wins them few friends.

Nobody wants to buy after all the negativity and the instos and large holders seem to prefer to sell rather than do anything to overturn the VCP which adds up to this. I have held on to my holding but starting to regret not selling and buying twice as many at half the price then having a stronger hand to solve the issue.

At some point it will be worth the risk but without feeling good about management there is little to attract me.

True but it's getting silly, I got stopped but must be somewhere near buy back in time, these falls snowball for a while but at some point....

paleje - I assume this is due to negative sentiment towards the directors and the last set of interims. I agree that its in the directors interest for them to be 70p+ before the VCP kicks in, but we're some away from that at the moment.

Anybody know why these are tanking again...directors need them up around 70p before their self reward scheme kicks in, no reason to think they won't be keen to do that. As it stands they look to be on a 2016 PE of ~7 and better than 4% yield.

Gopro shares down 20% or so today.....as continue falling from ridiculous over priced level

I got out of this when Bob Morton sold 8,000,000 shares early in June but it is interesting that GoPro was used by HMRC investigators in a raid leading to arrests in a vat case. The report published by HMRC is as follows.

"The newly-formed HMRC Fraud Investigation Service (FIS) used GoPro cameras in a recent landfill tax fraud operation, during which 14 suspects were arrested.

During Operation Nosedive, staff from HMRC’s press office worked alongside FIS investigators, who attached remotely controlled GoPro cameras to their protective vests to capture ‘frontlineR17; footage. Footage from the GoPros will be used to accompany press releases publicising the results of fraud investigation operations".

I wonder if this is something that may start to be worn by police and enforcement agencies when entering properties.

More downside looks probable imo..unless pull a rabbit out of the hat.
Last 2 results were bad if ignore the fiddles.....

Why do ppl buy stuff with bad numbers ?....well, it will never stop..

I used to work on 3D TV without glasses when I was at Philips. The tech has been around for over 15 years. It works very well, I am surprised that it hasn't been seen more, at least in in-store advertising, for example.

Bought back in here. Great support line around 40p. Like yesterday's news the VCP debate will fade in time. I said that in the very beginning but got pilloried for it. The only advice I have for those who aren't happy with what's going on at the company should sell their shares and move on. Only my opinion. Good luck all.

I am told that all questions regarding the VCP were thrown in the bin.

I have asked ED if they would like to set up a webinar totally dedicated to the VCP so that we can ask all the questions that our directors who are paid employees clearly decided they would not allow to be asked.

Many questions were asked by multiple investors who are concerned about the VCP scheme, and also the poor performance of the business. Equity Development chose to censor all such questions, and ask only positive questions.

The webcast was scheduled for an hour but lasted 30 minutes. I asked a question (not about the VCP) via the panel at the side but it was not answered.
