I wonder how employees here must feel about their bosses. Working away just to line the pockets of a right bunch of embarassing King Canutes.
It'd be interesting to see Hawkins donate his salary , shares & bonuses to charity.

Investoree Iv'e held these shares a lot longer than you have. In fact my wife has held them all the way back to the year 2,000 so I have every right to comment has I see fit. I'm sure David can stick up for himself without you jumping to his aid. Personally David I think your attack be it right or wrong on certain members of the board has been counter productive to the share price.

1fox1...I do not think genuine investors would want me to give up on this. Over 200 entries on the website agree. If it is such a good scheme and aligned with investors and shareholders.....then why have they all been selling ?

Little Beaker - 1fox1 may have originally started the VLK thread on 22.2.2004. However following this there were only three entries made (none of them his) with the last entry being made on 21.5.2009. Hardly active or relevant!

I happen to agree with him. What's more, the last time I spotted daviddosh he was busy pumping Leisure and Gaming (LNG) along with another of The Motley Fool idiots.

daviddosh 1fox1 who is obviously not a long term shareholder has now been filtered. Please keep up the good work that you are trying to do on behalf of all VLK shareholders who have been royally shafted by the current VLK management.

Have topped up with another 15K purchase in VLK yesterday (slowly running out of funds - will I ever see a return on my investment during my lifetime? Will add these to my growing VLK un-investment portfolio on your poll. Perhaps we will get a share of the head/body cams that are under trial with the Police - not currently ours apparently. Also perhaps management can be persuaded to get their finger out and chase this lucrative new market for our product instead of spending time creating schemes which merely line their own pockets!

122.6m x 30p = £36.78m and not £42m.

daviddosh......Yawn... Give it a rest mate...80p now seems light years away. Pebble beach valuation alone must be nearly worth what the share price is now.

WE HAVE MAJOR BOTTOM.

We have made a H/S Reversal The pattern suggests £1 then up to £2.


Every major Indicator is in Divergence.

Plus we are way out of trend and have to pull back.

Thanks Doobz - good to know. A halving of the share price within 6 months has been more than enough - having traded this occasionally for almost 10 years I'm hopeful we'll see 40p+ again before too long.

Agree. More easily 40p.

20p would imply it's some kind of fraud rather than a modestly growing tech company with a very ill-thought out compensation scheme.

I agree with you absolutely! My (former) broker was a fan of 'serial entrepreneur' Bob Morton and thus I was persuaded to invest in several companies where he had holdings or was on the Board. A disaster in every case. The only way that man became a millionaire was if he started out as a billionaire IMHO.

In the past I used to keep an eye on a big value investor's investments.....he generally did very badly...(value often doesnt work)

Funny thing, I hear people backing Bob Morton. I went big into multi group where he had a presence and got stung. Other companies he's been involved with were also pants. Just my experience!

If only Techinvest readers holding VLK were following me they would be richer, having sold higher up ( recalling my 1st paper short was at 48p on way up and 2nd around 60p.....my "avoid/sell" posts in the time frame 48-60p (rising) can be read here on advfn)

A holding valued 6k pnds at 60p now worth 3k pnds. If had listened to my sell/avoid at 60p area would have saved someone 3k pnds; so a subscription of 100 quid would still leave 2.9k benefit.

( Mr Morton, you interested ?! ;-) )

(Additional recent call was MOS ; sold at 14.2p & closed at 10.2p giving 4p gain in < 2 wks. 'Could' collapse, turnover been imploding)
