On another note it looks like the appointment of finnCap as Nominated Adviser & Broker may be having an effect.

For the first time they issued an RNS giving notice of results namely Sept 5th and that the management will be hosting a presentation for analysts on the day of results at 09:30am at the offices of finnCap.

Hopefully this indicates that they have a positive story about current and future prospects to relate to those analysts attending.

The recent spate of buying and today's increase in share price after a long period of flat-lining certainly points to this being the case.

Extracts from 2015 end-year results:

Marco Casartelli, CEO of Vipera plc, commented: "2015 has been one of successfully continuing revenue growth for Vipera. Our fundraising has assisted us to expand and invest into the sales and marketing teams, which we expect to lead to further new customer deployments and revenue growth in 2016 and beyond, further establishing the strength of our Motif platform".

Comment : Confident statement looking forward wrt new customers and revenue growth.

Revenues arising from the Company's Motif platform, mobile financial services and other digital projects increased by some 40%. This includes Transactional Revenue and Per User fees which started in the year with some blue chip customers such as Deutsche Bank in Germany. The addition of new customers and the development of existing relationships and projects, such as with the Government Savings Bank of Thailand, has led to a requirement to expand our project teams but notwithstanding this expansion, constraints in available skilled resource has led to some revenue being deferred into 2016.

Comment: The deferred revenue from 2015 into 2016 should hopefully mean that the
40% revenue growth could well be be matched or beaten in the first half of 2016.

Let's hope they impress, only holding a small amount though.

Could be a buy at the bid price like on Friday. Didn't knock the price so a very good sign.

I think the overhang has cleared now. For those of you interested in meeting the directors for a presentation I have arranged for them to present to investors following the results next Tuesday evening in Richmond...

So fingers crossed for positive tones and outlook in the results on Monday.

fwiw, Level 2 has 5mm's each side, with each mm showing a mere pittance of 10k shrs, so 50k in total is what shows - keeping a tight book, ready for which ever side shows new demand.

It seems now is on the move up as the bid has move to 3.75p by Cantors, the one that has been holding the stock at offer for a few month

I think we have had a biggish overhang flatlining us and some interest has returned to begin to move it. May be to do with the up coming results, but who knows. Just cant see anyone being able to sell that many for anywhere near the current bid price.

I dont think they would have got 3.5 selling that quantity. I dont even think you could sell that quantity with the volume traded on this share. I think it was a discounted volume purchase.

carl - I was assuming that the big trade was a sell @ 3.5p , which had been holding back the recent buys from ticking the price up?
