Invested in this company since 2010 - company has grown its revenues, client base and distribution channels.It's trading at 1 X revenue - only a matter of time someone acquires Vipera. I can't imagine they will sell for less than 15p.

Looks like a good appointment and warrants granted at 5p.

On his appointment Mr Nicholds will be granted options to subscribe for 4,000,000 new ordinary shares with an exercise price of 5 pence which vest and become exercisable, based on his continued employment, in stages from 3 July 2016 to 31 December 2019.

Looks good for vipera stock holders be good to see the share price back to 4/5p as its got the residuals to carry it there.
