This will run all the way to 300p.

That's my new target up from 250p predicted.

300p that's the new FAIR VALUE TARGET.

You could well be correct, but personally i think there is more left.

Has anyone got any idea what the current debt will be? I know at year end it was around 1.5 million. Would be interesting to know what it is now..

very strong last day before it goes EX div Tomorrow.

I can see 250p being a target here as not all the money is borrowed so the company looks under valued at 160p a share or approx. 27 million market cap.

Its been a good run and them taking cash in lieu of shares fills me with confidence.

I think we should all have a better idea by month end with the results.
So much has happened ( happening ) its hard to get a grip.
I remain a holder.

there's considerable ( c. £8m I believe ) deferred consideration payable to Westex's original owners provided the profit-forecasts currently knocking around come to fruition BUT, they'll have problems servicing debt on a horrendously stretched balance-sheet ( ie, following the SD ) if they don't.

having done 25 % in c. 1 month I'm cashing up & moving on......good luck to all staying in......'don't bring me no deferred consideration sport,....NOTHING ruins my day like deferred consideration....'

Dipped my toe in the water with this one this morning with a small £5k purchase. Expect this to be a long term hold and think I may come back next year... £3.50 is my forecast for 2015. Good luck to all!

sar....if the money wasn't in this, it has to be somewhere else, so might as well be here - I liked the recent results so that should drive it forward.....
