17/1/2018 11:12 | hasn't crashed further as ENEO situation will be resolved soon. Why are you so impatient Waterloo ? | highasakite
17/1/2018 11:09 | Wasn't it last week someone said that they had spoken to someone in the office who said it would be sorted in days. Why this hasn't crashed further is a mystery. | waterloo01
17/1/2018 11:02 | sells this morning and yesterday at 38p all being mopped up by the yanks again ? | highasakite
17/1/2018 07:47 | Why were you invested here drh? Fact or hope? | fatnacker
16/1/2018 21:38 | LARRY please be advised, fatty and the Romanian gypo only deal in hope, they don't understand facts | deanroberthunt
16/1/2018 18:44 | At least your honest Larry. | highasakite
16/1/2018 18:39 | HAAS no idea | larry laffer
16/1/2018 16:48 | Surely if they can`t afford gas even on a day by day basis then they definitely can`t afford oil, the dry season is on them now so Hydro will dwindle rapidly , looks like loads of power cuts are coming. | dan de lion

16/1/2018 14:24 | What on earth does that mean in English Larry ? | highasakite
16/1/2018 13:54 | fatnacker what used to happen before the change was any shares in what can only be described as in a "transient" state went unreported. What happens now is they have to report their end of day holdings even for the transient holdings. so if they buy shares at one exchange/dark pool etc and sell them on after the closing bell, then under the new rules they have to issue an RNS. It affects every market maker to one degree or another as they are most likely to hold shares over this transition from one holder to another. It doesn't affect greatly any high speed trader as they tend not to hold overnight anywhere in the world if they can help it. Don't be surprised to see a modified rule appear shortly to clean this up. I can give you a couple of real world examples but you can find them easily enough particularly on the american venues. Hope I haven't been too cryptic | larry laffer
16/1/2018 13:40 | Fool want's to replicate this model in other parts of africa. Yes i bet they would welcome him with open arms. lol. | peterpowell21
16/1/2018 13:37 | So much for this being sorted fast. Every day that goes by means not much money coming in. Cash burn must be high, no sign of any of this work that the placing was for being started. Not looking good at all. AIMO. | peterpowell21
16/1/2018 11:44 | The shares are not on the floor as people know the ENEO situation will be resolved soon. It has to be for gas/power future projects to materialise. Also Grenor/Dibamba must be close to contract closure. The yanks are hoovering up shares as they can spot value. | highasakite
16/1/2018 11:38 | Can't fathom out what's going on here - by rights the shareprice should be on the floor after recent news but someone is hoovering up surplus stock. Strange goings on - but it is Cameroon related and nothing's normal there.... | robbiekeane
16/1/2018 10:22 | "None of those types of declarations are indicative of an investment" What ? They have bought 5% of the equity which will have cost them over £2.5 million. | highasakite
16/1/2018 09:25 | not sure I follow Larry | fatnacker
16/1/2018 09:05 | I wouldn't read too much into a lot of the new declarations of share holding. One of the recent regulatory changes has forced companies to declare "end of trading day" holdings. None of those types of declarations are indicative of an investment. | larry laffer
16/1/2018 07:15 | Over 5% declaration at bowleven this morning, pure coincidence, probably. | fatnacker
15/1/2018 13:55 | agreed philippem | fatnacker
15/1/2018 13:34 | TBCM has increase from below 3% to 5.12% last week. That is what the RNS is saying. Nobody knows if they had any stock before. In any case it was the big buyer that mopped all the sells last week. | philippem
15/1/2018 13:03 | "3waysout15 Jan '18 - 12:31 - 3518 of 3520(premium) 0 0 0 New shareholder probably subscribed to the issue and has increased shareholding to requisition for a clean up of the board and management aka Bowleven...." except there's no mention of Bowleven in the holding rns | fatnacker
15/1/2018 12:58 | At this price I see a take over been a strong possibility. With price of commodities rising a big player can just get a lot of proven ressources and export some LG to China. | philippem
15/1/2018 12:43 | Huge capex spend (LA 109 + matanda drilling) will only happen if and when big power contracts are signed for Grenor/Dibama/ENEO renewal. If none of these happen then no huge capex spend just short bits of pipe to connect more thermal customers. | highasakite
15/1/2018 12:31 | New shareholder probably subscribed to the issue and has increased shareholding to requisition for a clean up of the board and management aka Bowleven.... Don't think there is any value in a bit of gas to customers not willing to pay for it, a huge capex spend that cannot be funded under the existing regime, and a government that cannot get it's power generation/O&G strategy right..... | 3waysout |
