A very wide spread today, it's as if they don't want any trade, to cheap to sell yet to dear to buy.

It's like me renewing my Gas and Electric, I'm not going to disconnect everything to hammer out a better deal from somebody..You just revert to the standard tariff , it's regrettable that we've had no news but I don't think it warrants the Share price drop.

Negotiations continue, that means they are hammering out a deal, you would not still be negotiating unless you intended to do business

The whole area is short of power, and every day demand will be increasing especially in the dry season,the government could not afford to go backwards with regard to the amount of power available, and there is no viable alternative to gas.

RENTAL gas gensets that,s the clue. No point in continuing to rent these if you are not going to buy the gas to run them!

I got the impression from the original Logbaba/Bassa gas contract RNS (2014) that Altaaqa are/have installed/operated RENTAL gensets. Does anyone know otherwise?
As such, Altaaqa will be part of the ongoing ENEO/GDC contract renewal.
Any thoughts about their negotiating position?

However, don't like 5p drops, it could be bumpy for a while, so a little trading may be a cheap way to add a few shares.

I do not see a problem with the delay on contracts accept that I would like to hear the good news sooner rather than later.

VOG continues to sell gas at $9mmcf;

VOG is the only gas supplier in the area with sufficient reserves, infrastructure and finances that can supply ENEO in the short and medium term at least.

ENEO will want to derisk their own business plan before committing to new power stations and becoming more reliant on VOG.

ENEO may want to buy VOG out before VOG becomes to large and keep more profit for themselves.

VOG still needs to finish the wells and publish flow rates and reserves, plus be able to complete their own business case for investing in more infrastructure to support ENEO's expansion - pipelines and processing capacity.

VOG may have to concede a little on price for higher volume but that is not the only factor in the negiotiation, as examples ENEO could agree to fund infrastructure to speed up getting new power to market, they could have higher minimum off-takes, they could buy into further exploration etc etc.

At this stage, my biggest concern is the thought of any delay in ENEO completing and switching on their next power station, but market demand and potential profit, and also competition should keep the time line tight.

It is true that without news we will wallow around this sp, even drift a little but it will come good. Holding, will purchase more on weakness - DYOR.

Drh I'd like both wells to be finished and pumping gas, the ENEO contract renewed plus another power station added and bowleven forfeiting their remaining 20%, but here we are, I'm not one to be disheartened by delays or problems that aren't insurmountable, plus I have a large hur position that's making me smile right now.

it's all related to the delay in the twin well drill.....which isn't ideal either, late and overspent (considerably)...

Yes it has, "GDC continues to sell gas to eneo" that has to be an extension as per the original contract by mutual, does it nor? please explain otherwise
