Wow some rise from 40p only a month ago! Late to the party but this feels a takeover bid coming. |
Just noticed theres a competition on twitter and the investors currently in 1st and 2nd place of the leaderboard are both holding VCP
It truly has been THE star of the last month |
Another 1% of the company for one of our American buyers 👏 |

Secondly - forget all this BS about US markets and them opening at 2.30 blah blah. US buyers will not even see a £100m mkt cap business in the UK, let alone invest in it, especially on AIM. Mkt cap thresholds for investment in the US are far far higher - they start around $500m. Very few US institutions will be interested in this situation, it is TOO SMALL. I know this, as I have personally marketed UK stocks in the US, and it is incredibly hard to do at this level. We only found one buyer for a £100m mkt cap business, a small hedge fund in Chicago.2 |
1.63 next target |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) Two important things - MBO very unlikely as the debt burden is too high - thats the whole point of this story. PE / MBO backers will always want to re-gear their equity position and it will be almost impossible to add more debt into the structure. So, forget that for a bit until the debt has dropped. I know this, as I've modelled MBOs before, and been part of a successful take private management team off AIM. The openig debt figure in the model is incredibly important.

Bought more this morning - not inconceivable to see a DFA swap at 2 quid and for this to then move back towards 8 quid. Just got to blank out the MM moves as this indicates they have NO stock |
Resistance at 130 and then 160 IMO |
