Good morning Kingston78 see threads above, some of us think there were desperate insti sellers and MMs marked it down to 40p, it has been over a tenner previously! It has massive debt, but no refi until around 2026 DYOR
Selling seems to have cleared and PIs have piled in as well, which has helped the squeeze...DYOR....obviously macro economics and housing market has a big old impact in USA/UK/Europe....but actions taken by management could ensure EBITDA holds up and some debt is paid down ahead of the refi dates.....hope that is it in a nutshell....DYOR.... |
After it more than halved in a short space of time for no specific reason, I bought at around 140 thinking pretty fair value sol glad to see it getting back closer to a reasonable price. |
