The next TR1 are going to be the most insightful. Should tell us who acquired spruce shares. They've managed to offload 20% which is quite something |
Each to their own John09, live and let live. Personally, I can see £1 coming reasonably quickly on some decent TR1's, this got way over sold. Houses are being whacked up left right and centre and if you believe in the government, there are shed loads more going up so plenty of buyers for the product. I am with QS99 on this one, I think there is a lot more to come, if it remains independent. |
Didn't you do the same last week? |
Agree
I just don’t see the need to sell at 60 when youre in at 40. Could be a quid next week. Messing about with a share thats so volatile at the bottom seldom works when you can just hold for way more |
Indeed, take the arguments elsewhere. RNS looks good, someone committing serious £s into the shares, must have confidence IMO/DYOR for a c.4% stake.
With seller cleared IMO, this should be way North of £1 for reasons outlined. Not least some v. material cost savings for 2025 numbers and a shed load of new homes being built!!
DYOR |
Keep them coming sphere...Good insight for many. |
Well I like reading it Sphere25 anyway fwiw! Definitely more to come out of this in the short term I think! |
Keep telling us about the order book
And let us know when youre back in . We are on tenterhooks |
Dandy
Didnt we figure out who the new buyer was ? I thought it was this boutique fund in the US? I didnt look that much but thought it was him? |
Still a few TR1 to come - hopefully today. That might give us a clue as the buyer of the 20% is eventually unmasked |
My trades and posts are pretty clear you daft plonker
You don't like it when someone rips you do you?
Yet you sit on the boards doing that all year |
Have you re-bought yet? Better to re-buy than to get angry and yourself |
Sphere if youre quick you can re-buy at 66p. Better to do that rather than waste time getting angry |
Yep you dont shove £3m in as an insider if youre about to go bust
Also the company have already told us that they dont need to refinance until August 2026 and they wont be a) in a rush or b) providing a running commentary on it.
I just think this is a buy and hold its not a flit in and out because it’s an about to go bust as some of you state. August 2026 the refinance is due ! |
Wilding must be accumulating too and yet to disclose. |
They definitely know something we don’t, I don’t think they would be buying if it was going bust! Whiff of a bud approach starting to look more likely imho! |
The most interesting part of his accumulation is todays RNS. Threshold was crossed today so he must have been paying 63p ish for that recent £500,000. He's probably in the market now buying more as he stretches for 5%. This is the real business end now to whatever the hell is happening. None of us have a clue what this past fortnight has been about but its mega positive. |
Poor Sphere will have to buy in again after his 62p sale and post a lot of waffle to his ‘followersR17; |
He’s acquired a £3m holding then. Thats a lot ! |
Business end of the corporate transaction now - nobody knows what the hellis happening but Karim clearly does. |
No problem Brianblu and Devonlad.
There is one for the Bulls there with insider Karim continuing to add. Price has held 60p, looked firm at 61p and now the buyers are coming in on the back of some big moves by an insider.
Taken a few back on that.
So it looks like 61p vs 65p now. There is a 2125k iceberg at 65p that halted the decline last time, and made me start lobbing some too, but an insider adding even more to now hold 4%, and maybe more to come?
That isn't something that can be dismissed.
It could cause a breakout above 65p that.
All imo DYOR |
