DTaliadoros - "so any new investors would be putting new cash in know it will be sure to be diluted further down the line."

Yes. However dilution is not a problem on a rising share price and this is why people are putting in new money. It is believed (at the moment at least) that the new CEO will raise the share price as commercial traction begins to bite. The company has already stated that it will need to rely on the equity markets until it becomes profitable. This is not an issue on a rising share price. The problem for new shareholders arises if the dilutions are taking place at a lower share price.

The last placing was at 0.125p. The previous placing before that was at 0.08p.

If the next placing is lower than 0.125p then there is no point in investing here.

The company will have to issue positive news to attract new investors at higher prices. If the share price dilutions are on a downward price spiral then investors will eventually call time and the company goes into administration as is happening all over the place.

That the company is invested in graphene means they have a better chance then most but there is a limit to investors patience.

Can’t be 1 as most holders have seen there value in this sack of rubbish reduced to close to zero. Why would they throw more good money after bad? One thing is for sure, the last placing will not be the last if vrs try to struggle on, so any new investors would be putting new cash in know it will be sure to be diluted further down the line.

The company is thriving at the moment. The share price is not following suit due to the company's need to tap the equity markets to assist in the turnaround strategy. When the company announces its next commercial contract I believe the two will align themselves.

The company thrives at the expense of ordinary shareholders. This is normally a permanent feature of AIM/small cap companies until they cannot raise any further finance then go into administration or delists.

Fortunately the graphene industry is nascent and there is growing interest in it from the capital markets.

"Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTCQX:GMGMF) told investors that due to higher demand its previously announced marketed offering has been increased from $2 million to $3.024 million."

Nobody wants to see fellow investors lose money, but often they are their own worst enemy, ignoring the obvious red flags and becoming part of a collective where doubts and concerns are not permitted.

“ nobody wants to see fellow investors lose money “ ???

This is ADVFN , we love to see other investors lose money .
It’s what it’s all about .
I like to see an investor lose everything , become desperate and plead for help from other investors .
At this point I like his pleas to be rebuffed and further mockery ….

That’s what happened to Festario ( elsewhere ) .

Hope is not a good investment thesis!!

I have never seen it recommended by Buffet or any other recognised sophisticated investor.

Nobody wants to see fellow investors lose money, but often they are their own worst enemy, ignoring the obvious red flags and becoming part of a collective where doubts and concerns are not permitted.

Luv u squire , hope u make a fortune out of these like NR has , minus the school wing , divorce ( for not just shagging investors ) etc , etc.

Can’t believe the opportunity he gave everyone to make a fortune ,should be knighted for his services to investors.

What a guy :-)

Luv Chris too , top accountant … wife must love him for what he’s brought home last 10 years.

Even got bonus for get placing’s away , what a guy !!!

squire007 - "Until VRS no longer exists"

This is correct and it's the flip side of what we are all accustomed to.

Investors can fall in love with a share and will hear no negatives about it.

Investors can fall in hate with a share and will hear no positives about it.

It's the second of the two that those of us here with an objective view are dealing with. I've seen this before so many times where people have lost money in a stock.

The old adage is correct. One should never get emotionally involved with a share either on the way up or on the way down.

senden11 - "You and others seem to delight in their misfortune"

I've seen no evidence of this myself. Their target is not investors but VRS. They want to be proven right insomuch that VRS is a company with no commercial future and will continue to fleece investors irrespective of any turnaround strategy or who is at the helm.

senden11 - "silence can sometimes be very revealing!"

I have also noticed the silence from voices that were once quite vociferous but that's investors for you. It is possible to be invested in a company and want to it fail at the same time. If the company goes bust you can come to the BB and scream - "I told you so". If the company goes boom you can disappear from the BB the richer.

Heads you win tails you win.

Longtallsally, Your comment stating you had spoken to Neill and he is far less interested in making VRS a Billion pound company than us investors, simply illustrates you're most probably not a genuine investor and you've obviously not really spoken to Neill at all.

I find it highly improbable that Neill would have given you a totally opposing message to the one he's been consistently telling LTH's in investor meetings and AGM's. Neill has on repeated occasions stated his primary focus is to make VRS a market leading billion pound company,

Indeed in an investor meeting I attended he was asked what his end goal for the business was. He replied stating, "to make it a billion pound business".

Your clearly yet another mischief making Billy Bullsh*ting TW plant.

Investors just need to ask why TW and his gang spend so many hundreds of hours trying to disrupt the VRS boards. I think the answer is fairly obvious. Crooks, one and all.
