13/5/2024 11:00 | I will give it until the end of September to see if it's turned around and if not I will put up my hands and say that it will be by next September. | kemche
13/5/2024 10:58 | Nobody will, well not in our generation(s) | smokeyjohnson
13/5/2024 09:31 | "as he will not be around to benefit from the success of any turnaround strategy." Yes. That's it. | kemche
13/5/2024 08:58 | The Cronk - "It's whether it's worth fighting given the time it takes to prepare for these things," The sums of money are so small you may have a point. The Annual Report 2022 shows NR earning £17K per month. The Annual Report 2023 shows NR earning £12k per month. All the executives have had their wages reduced due to the cash crisis. NR maybe seeking another £60K which is £5k x 12 months as he will not be around to benefit from the success of any turnaround strategy. However the RNS says his claims are unquantifiable meaning they're not necessarily around wages but may be to do with the stress and anxiety his removal caused. This maybe hard to prove as he appears to be running another business. | pwhite73
12/5/2024 23:37 | pwhite, I did not say NR's claim was going to the High Court, a tribunal will clearly suffice. It's whether it's worth fighting given the time it takes to prepare for these things, or would you prefer management focus on that instead of trying to make a few actual sales? And of course there could be some messy revalations on both sides, much better to come to some sort of agreement surely? My original point still stands, companies hide behind the "claim without merit" stance to avoid a contingent liability been shown in the accounts. | the cronk
12/5/2024 09:32 | laginaneil - My views exactly. But you have to allow for the cynicism, under the previous CEO the road shows and conferences served only one purpose, to place more shares. | pwhite73
10/5/2024 22:16 | It has been with his dismissal. | pwhite73
10/5/2024 20:08 | I think you all need to acknowledge the contribution NR made to Versarien. However busy they were, however much they were 'working all the hours', he always found time for more projects, more MOUs, more LOIs. I think that level of commitment and drive needs to be recognised. | sloppyjoe2
