Your viewpoint is interesting on being able to call anybody anything publicly using any vocal noise, word or language and it just being an opinion. Since language is made up of words then all words should be equal in your eyes whether they have negative or positive meanings towards other people? That's a very relaxed view of language and the world (and the law may disagree in the UK).

I'm guessing you don't have any pronouns.

I thought it had gone to court. How come it never made it to court? Sounds like Sloppy could have made his case?

Can't imagine it would just been the accusations that caused Neill to act. Feels like it must have been more than that? Repeated use of hateful or potentially harmful language too?

I thought I remembered Sloppy possibly being part of the echo chamber of positivity during the euphoric months of 2017 / 2018. Would that not somewhat hypocritical?

If Sloppy's more recent cause was to warn others off making what he saw as a mistake surely there was a better way to go about it that didn't end up in legal matters.

The basis of Ricketts case was suing for defamation of character, as Ian had repeatedly accused him of telling falsehoods. Or didnt you know that? Now, given that none of the things that were ever purported by Neil as being massive, imminent, or near term, ever happened at all suggests that had the case come to court, Ian may have comfortably won it, and also been awarded a big pile of cash.
