Must admit I was once a bull and a strong advocate of Neill but my patience has been exhausted and I can't help thinking a heavily discounted raise is coming so I too am out now, before further dilution reduces my capital even further. I had such high hopes for this business but based on the RNS issued yesterday I can't see commercial streams coming in for a long while yet. Good luck to all remaining holders.

Club,

The bizarre thing about that particular lie (regarding an option sale) by Neill, is that it DIRECTLY contradicted the RNS issued by VRS. Unusually for VRS - probably because the NOMAD put it together - the RNS was CRYSTAL CLEAR over what had gone on.

"Following this exercise of options Mr Ricketts notified the Company that he sold 307,970 Ordinary Shares at a price of 136.1 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 April 2019."

Meanwhile, we had this nonsense from Neill in the tweets above himself when challenged.

I refer you all to post 93114 where I stated on Feb 7 2020:

"With VRS unwinding on a regular basis, we have hit another milestone.

Neill sold 250,000 shares on 4/1/2018 and that sale now has also proved to be sensible. I always said that he would be grateful for that sale, even when the shares were much higher - where he also sold.

Neill sold 750,000 shares on 16/9/2014 at 29.5p.

I expect another "Thanks For All The Fish" milestone to be passed when VRS gets below 29.5p in due course."

Only 20 days later, the shares are now 37p and that 29.5p isn't far away, is it?

I make no predictions as to WHEN it will happen, but I'd bet anyone on here that the 29.5p sale by Neill will prove to have been very wise in due course.

Without the hype and bluster, and a cash raise on its way, what will keep the shares above NAV if material orders are as far away as they have ever been?

having metabolised the initial shock it's clear that the rns gave a green light to both shorters and to holders who saw the chance to buy in cheaper, sure in the knowledge that there was little likelihood of a deal falling in a few days it was a no brainer.
however, vrs has not changed except for the better and it will recover, perhaps more quickly than peeps anticipate and without a deal rns.

Once the seller (Banks), and those exiting the market for virus reasons are done, the availability of shares will be more scarce.
At these levels, it’s irresistible... and I’m currently kicking myself for constantly adding between 22p and 26p
No matter, value will come through as the weeks and months go by.

From the IOF thread yesterday,,,

Potato head then asks today on this thread, "why doesn't anyone listen to me?"
Well, apart from being a two faced blithering baboon, I think you'll find the answer there.
Y'all have a nice day now.

There's a half million share sale now showing. Wonder which LTH dumped that lot today and didn't tell their chums? Who's going to be the first to come clean?

I held this for years, but the last set of figures and Ricketts' DISGRACEFUL behaviour on Discord decided me.

Don't talk sh*te, you were rubbishing this stock long before that you ape.

"Neill didn't sell options, he sold shares and lied when he said he sold options.

There is no market in VRS options. He exercised options, which had ages to run thereby giving up the valuable time premium which is implicit in all instruments of that type. By exercising the options, he was then able to sell the shares.

Neill lied when he said he hadn't sold any shares."

hold that thought until the inevitable court case...

They really do need to bring in more regulation on the aim market, I don’t know how he got away with talking up the price just prior to the BIGT announcement in April 2019 and then right at the point that it peaked at circa £1.30 he sold a huge amount of options, if anybody else privy to sensitive information had done that they would have been investigated for insider trading?

@RogerTheGrouch,

What HNWIs would be interested in this junk?

What makes you think, after 3 years of promotion - now ended - VRS are suddenly about to deliver when they never have before, despite a deal always being "about to land"?

Why would stops have been raided, rather than people just finally realising VRS is what it is?

If its Coronavirus related, why is VRS falling much more than everything else?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Add to this the HNWs are awaiting inward investment before committing.
- Add to this the PIs that got shaken out sitting there on funds waiting to get back in once the smoke of lies clears and the true picture of the company is reveals once again.
- Add to this the stops that have been raided. Possibly that 371k? You don't hold for years and just wash your hands with it because the share price took a dive to raid your stop. In all probability there will be some who have been stopped out looking for re-entry.
- Add to this those that sell global crisis (Corona) and buy back in a week later

You'd think that after a 100k buy, the ask price would rise.... but no!I've told you til I'm blue in the face, every spate of buying simply allows whoever it is who knows more, to get his big sells done.

There seems a hell of a lot of people that have stated 'its ok i'll buy back in when there is a deal'.

In the background you have the hodlers who are chipping away at these low prices for long hold, knowing that they are increasing their stake in what is likely to be the investment of the decade.

So shares are moving to tighter fists and there would appear to be an enormous amount on the sides ready to roll back in. If this moves 20% down when only a tiny amount traded - i'll let you hypothesis what is likely to happen upon sentiment change ;-)

Still on the positive side, I hear Neill is loving the new house, and doesn't his new Tesla arrive soon? He must be so proud of what he has achieved for himself :)
