Are we saying that those who were invited to the event gained no advantage over other shareholders? I can't see that that is absolutely true or otherwise they wouldn't have been made to sign NDAs. Whether or not that it turns out to be advantageous financially to have knowledge that others cannot share remains to be seen. I for one am not all that bothered at present but I do hope that this selectivity does not continue in this form as it will arouse suspicion.

I think it was indicated it was going to be around week 3 in Sept, that has been mentioned before.

All we know is the AGM is usually in the third week of September and will be the subject of an RNS to confirm time and place.

First up Sonny, check out the news recently about the event, Non reg followed by non reg. Non reg means there is no inside information.

Inside info definition

if it were made public, would be likely to have a significant effect on the prices of those financial instruments of the issuer.

Hence the use or regulatory releases for inside info.

There was no inside info at the event, no information that would give us an advantage. It was purely NDA restricted by the partner.

Those present were told that, free to buy and sell as we please post event.

So no inside dealing could be done by anyone pre event as there was no inside info. None at the event either. For the record in any case I haven't bought or sold any immediately prior or since. I was tempted this morning but save distracted me and I lost the option.

"There is no honour among thieves" means that thieves don't treat one another any more honestly than they treat other people. If someone asks you to help him do something dishonest and promises to give you part of the benefit, don't believe him!

Happier now mat, don't like those that manipulate and they have been found out although others were suspicious there is nothing like confirmation and the use of the filter button of course, I would recommend it instead of getting involved in the games.

Didn't filter anyone in the past as all views should be valid, however some are more valid than others.

CEO et al as straight as dies and what they say/don't say speaks volumes, they are the ones that really know, couldn't want for more in an AIM share.
