Great posts today from SG and MB.

Both VRS and SXX have been great learning opportunities and fortunately my gains from VRS outweigh my losses from SXX. In the longer term I believe SXX will come good but with a limit to the upside whereas VRS could be stellar, however both will take time to develop.

Morning from Madeira. I think we do have new investors coming aboard. Pleased to see us maintaining the rise without any visible news. We all no that major events are due, just a matter of waiting.

Hello Folks,
Just looked at NRs twitter page.

A very funny picture, reminds my of a 'Jason Bourne' thriller..

Only a small proportion needs to be sold eventually to make a really big investment in another company that looks like 5 or 10 bagging. I'm looking at SDI and UPGS that might have the potential but I've only put a couple of thousand in up to now.

superg, you should be a politician...㈳4;...so is the answer to my question, yes, you anticipate (for whatever reason) not owning VRS but not for a good few years, hence why you are starting your research now?

superg - "I had a good look over the BH weekend and since hunting for growth stocks of the future (post VRS)."

Does this suggest you think that VRS will at some point be bought out or do you have a price that think it will be worth selling at?

Chill re stock

It did feel like there had been a decent amount available to pick up, hence the drift. I saw Peel move off the offer leaving Singer on 124 and did wonder if that ha levelled it up.

For those that may not know Peel typically will take more stock than others into the 100's of 1000's, whereas Shorecap and others may flip 20k to 50k at a time.

There will be a number of VRS investors (as in all active stocks) that think in 5 to 10 bagger mode. Those holders may look at VRS with that view and consider others have a better chance of doing the multiples short term.

Typically imo those type would have small holdings and flip in hope multiple gains elsewhere.

I had a good look over the BH weekend and since hunting for growth stocks of the future (post VRS). I haven't really found any new promising companies yet. I completely ignore all mining juniors and the like.

Most fliers are typically due to hype and BS with the herd piling it creating a false spike.

So I get it when some go on the hunt for gains but its commonly said that 90% of investors lose money.

Having been on these BBs for 10 years I'd say 90% plus of PIs don't do any material research, so for me there is a link. Those I know that do seem to do well.

So if the 90% is correct, if they follow the masses, they are going to lose money.

I sense graphene enhanced foam in Nike's London Marathon winning Vaporfly running trainers. I'm no scientist but...https://www.sneakerfreaker.com/articles/simple-terms-nike-react/Trainer materials; an interesting world.https://www.sneakerfreaker.com/articles/material-matters-new-years-revolutions/This will gradually filter down to mainstream use. Exiting potential!
