22/10/2018 22:34 | Nice one neill. Hoping for a better day tomr. Full steam ahead :) glalth. Best ellis "Neill Ricketts @neillricketts For the boat to sink it would need a hole, we don’t have a hole on the #vrsdestroyer well not one I have seen, we announce more collaborations, more deals and more progress. We are just going through a bit of a storm same as we had at 30p 60p 180p and 160p. You never did question" | ellissj
22/10/2018 22:30 | The argument that the U.K. market is more receptive for Graphene investment than our Australian counterparts, which in turn has instigated this additional future listing on AIM by FGR. Well, They need to be careful how they treat VRS as it will dull any future appetite for its additional listing. If shareholder wealth continues to diminish then the market will simply look towards Graphene as a non starter. A well researched investor should know that and that’s why this all seems rather fishy. Ulterior motives imo. | diversification
22/10/2018 22:23 | I love the fact that spid and log brag about FGR and whoever else's graphene working in concrete and paints/coatings etc. i.e. the low-end part of the market whereas VRS are in aerospace, EV batteries, graphinks, Formula 1, all the cutting edge industries of tomorrow. I wonder which company will make the most profit? Hmmm? | zagrosfold
22/10/2018 22:22 | Evening @spid81 so why pay 8x as much for VRS as FGR? XGS are actually selling Graphene to customers although not floated they recently had a successful funding round. Why would investors not buy their shares over VRS as again it's 8x cheaper. | loglorry1
22/10/2018 22:15 | I believe that we will see the same reaction as when L.O dumped their holding. Down to 14p then up she went like a rocket. Blue touch paper ready! So much going on here, could be news at any minute. Our Spanish purchase looks a bargain now. | rogerbridge
22/10/2018 22:12 | Another reason why I moved from IG to HL. | tini5
22/10/2018 22:11 | Festario, "Sandbag, I’m 54" Sorry, I got that wrong, you're nowt but a lad! Remember, someone posted here that his daughter told him "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone". Live a little! | sandbag
22/10/2018 22:09 | Long and strong. Keep the faith. GLA LTH TFC | the fat controller
22/10/2018 22:09 | On the selling, clearly a lot of it will be PIs, some of it no doubt will be geared spread betters ( I have no sympathy for them). Underlying that it recent days it has felt like there has been a supply other than PIs be it a fund or some shorting it to create a supply. Whatever happens in the shenanigans that big China news is coming. At that point you are either in or out. Of course others can just wait for such news and decide then. So hard to call the bottom but if it’s down and a supply is there then it’s hard to resist. For the record in the chaos I was busy on DIY but did pause to get some. I care not how much shorter have or don’t have, their lives and their losses or gains are of no interest to me. It’s unfortunate that some fall for the BS but that’s life on the AIM and market in general. For those that do find trolls irritating use filter, if you can’t see it then you won’t react. | superg1
22/10/2018 22:08 | I did enquire about my SIPP and ISA holdings with HL. They do not loan out shares. | rogerbridge
22/10/2018 22:08 | I did enquire about my SIPP and ISA holdings with HL. They do not loan out shares. | rogerbridge
22/10/2018 22:05 | Llangeneil, I believe that II do loan out my shares.I don't believe the girl who answered my question understood it in any way at all.Sandbag, I'm 54, but my knees are closer to 104. | festario
22/10/2018 22:04 | Long and strong here, seen it all before, no worries. | rogerbridge
22/10/2018 21:51 | I know it’s frustrating but we are all different re risk, paranoia and fear. As I have said many times I struggle to understand why some invest in things they don’t understand. If they are the jittery type there is no hope they will follow the herd. I know many focus on China and on that point China news will come. It started as graphene valley but others have upped the ante although that alone is pretty incredible. It’s so easy for crooks to manipulate things it with lies, some previous holders it seems help the cause for gain. EG sell put join the trashing be it technical otherwise in a hope of getting lower prices. | superg1
22/10/2018 21:50 | Philbstar, At present we have probably, Neill, Chris, David and Peter, plus any of the 100 DIT employees in China, plus possibly some legal people. A little short of 215 I admit but things have moved on with communications etc I suspect. What about all the other collabs? They're not all in China. | sandbag
22/10/2018 21:50 | Vrs1 That’s a impressive list you put up there . Top globals involved Very different sectors too . Whi have some very clever people involved working for them . The opportunity is as good as it ever was . That’s why we are all here I feel calm and at peace awaiting to get to our destination. I have great confidence and trust in our ceo /and the Team To deliver . You can’t hold back disruptive technology and I believe we have it at Vrs . Gla all F/Fred | forestfred
22/10/2018 21:47 | cdub1, yes you get to see a very unpleasant underbelly at times like this. Whichever way you look at them, irrespective of their motivations, they are sad sorry excuses for humanity. | johnveals
22/10/2018 21:40 | Sandbag 20 years of managing commercial projects in China tells me you would need a significant team to deal with this one alone. Last deal we had 215 on the books although that was a little while ago. | philbstar
22/10/2018 21:38 | I am following only one big holder - Neill Ricketts ! He stays I stay! -------- Ummmm he's been selling! | loglorry1
22/10/2018 21:35 | laginaneil: thank you for that. My shares are held in II so good to hear that they don't - apparently - lend out. And amen to your: Sleep well to all the good people. | spike_1
22/10/2018 21:35 | Philbstar, "At present it is impossible for team to manage this many." Phil, How do you know this? Are you talking admin, technical, financial staff or what? Remember that the unis have people working on the colabs as well as VRS. Take a look at the top table of VRS: Neill, Chris, David, Professor Andrea Ferrari, Dr Andrew Deakin, Dr Dennis Koltsov, Dr Stephen Hodge and Dr Martin Kemp. I don't think I've missed anyone but I'm quite sure that the combined IQ and experience of these people would be enough to decide what they can and can't cope with. Let the experts get on with it. Festario, I believe I read some time ago that you and I were of a similar age and similar holdings. Since that time I have added approximately 20-25 %. I'm now 90% in and don't have a financial worry in the world. Keep your chin up or reduce your holding to where you don't worry. Best wishes, you old fart ;-) | sandbag |
