If I have to sell anything I'd rather be in charge than setting a Stop. At least then it is possible to make the judgement that you can buy back cheaper. (Doesn't always work though!)

CAKE situation is extraordinary - just goes to show management integrity is crucial no matter which company and however large or small.

I have no worries with VRS before someone tries to suggest otherwise!

More companies seem to be taken down now by fraudulent or inept accounting than ever.
