We are very pleased that our four-week Phase 2b dose-ranging clinical trial with nebulized ensifentrine is progressing according to plan and that we have completed enrollment of over 400 symptomatic patients with moderate to severe COPD. We anticipate completing this study around the end of 2019.In addition to this the overhang of stock has been removed. This is a pivotal time for the stock and similar to RENE when it was due to announce its Phase III results, this stock will increase in anticipation. Imminent

My guess is.....There may be a stock report out....Usually happens ready for new year..Penny stock thingy report..If you know what I mean. Not saying vrp is one.Not read or seen one.My other guess is momentum.. It takes litterally no money to move vrp very quickly up and down hence the +120%to close +80%

It is fairly certain that there is something positive behind this level of increase which will presumably manifest itself early next week. I am so far under water on this it is not funny

Phase 2 results due early New Year. If successful as expected, hopefully might create an appetite for a buyout.
Otherwise taking this though Phase 3 will be lengthy and costly. With 50 mill in bank will need some type of fundraise.

Do you know when theseoptions were otherwise due to expire. Grateful if you know as I could not find out. Looked in the yearly reports but may have overlooked but could tell us a lot as if soon then no great shakes but if expiry was a year away then this does seem a very positive move

Stir i would think it's very positive with share options considering Jan is very tight . And yes it is very unusual for jan to do this unless something positive on the horizon.

has anybody a view with regards to the 500 000 share options that the ceo will purchase over the next 2 years for approx. quarter of a million pound. Does anyone view this positively as this is an unusual move by the CEO to actually make a large investment in the company even if spread over two years as he has been severely lacking in the past of showing any confidence in the product from a perspective of buying shares unlike the chairman. Were the options exercised because good news is expected from trials or because they were due to expire soon?

digger unfortunately the royalty is not time bound and has to be paid so I like timbo sold a substantial holding as I concur with his thought process and it is just one faux par after another with the current team in my humble opinion. Chocolate fire guard springs to mind. Jam jam and more jam. No one in the right minds would even contemplate this share at the moment the performance of the share price says it all which at best is dire and at worst diabolical bearing in mind what successive CEO's are on record as having said. Shameful is being kind.

Timbo, thank you for your reply and I agree with your comments. However, I am not sure if the Vernalis stake was time bound, meaning that if and when this gets to market, VRP may not have to pay royalty?

Haff1 I am sure that nearly all LTH’s are in the same boat, The only thing that keeps me going, is the value of the II investment here and the continued successes of the trials, they are not invested for fun at their respective levels.
