08/2/2012 13:27 | In fact, having followed VER and its composites for decades,I can say that it just DOES NOT DO "becalmed" share prices. This very fact makes me feel that something must be cooking. | mudbath
08/2/2012 13:00 | My view is that for some reason, the Vernalis share price is currently being suppressed. A little more patience then and we might see some action on the back of a more meaningful RNS. | mudbath
08/2/2012 09:14 | Added some here. | golla
04/2/2012 15:26 | Why did we slip down in a rising market with trades marginal but positive - was there a significant sale at the end of the day not yet reported ? The news flow is marginal but positive. We are OK for now until we run out of money once again - a perennial problem We have been becalmed for the past 2 months | jarbie
03/2/2012 09:40 | Share price about to rise, imo,as surely it has been becalmed now for just too long. | mudbath
26/1/2012 12:36 | I think so too golla. We need to see a continuation of the bowl, currently forming on the share price chart, for full confidence to return.VER stock certainly seems well oversold to me. | mudbath
26/1/2012 12:19 | bought some here.Looking good value. | golla
20/1/2012 09:44 | That's it for me;now maxed out in VER. Optimism reigns in mudbathland. A steady stream of positive news regarding joint oncology collaborations, inter Roll on !! | mudbath
04/1/2012 08:42 | As the song says 'Another brick in the wall' Genentech perhaps the buyer? | fhmktg
03/1/2012 14:03 | Good to see some interesting and sizeable share transactions occurring over the past two trading sessions.Lets hope that they are a precursor to an upward re-rating. | mudbath
31/12/2011 08:49 | FFP. My guess is that VER are now way too low and that we will see a bounce,if not a prolonged upturn.Maybe not a company to stick with if we return to 40 pence++,yet the current upside, from just 19pence,looks there for the taking. I doubled my holding over the past two days. | mudbath
28/12/2011 16:54 | What happened today, did I miss something? | ffp
21/12/2011 12:18 | Thanks fhmktg. I was surprised to see VER taken so low by the MMs'. Do you see a recovery and if so to where, when and why, etc.? You certainly have stayed the course with this company and must understand every nuance in respect of announcements, corpor Mud. | mudbath
20/12/2011 19:13 | Welcome aboard! | fhmktg
20/12/2011 13:09 | So NEARLY bought in here at 50ish,40ish,30ish etc. I am now a holder having found 19pence totally irresistible. | mudbath
19/12/2011 08:16 | Hooray building...building £400k Xmas present. | fhmktg
12/12/2011 08:18 | Agree nofool! Another small but positive RNS - cash ALWAYS welcome. Could 2012 bring some good news on the pipeline? | fhmktg
05/12/2011 16:12 | Definitely time to Buy IMO. "AVOID" is what some people said when Corus was down at 5p lol. It was bought out a few months later for 455p I think it was. "Avoid" indeed lol. I'm BUYING (and I'm not the only one) | nofool
02/12/2011 10:46 | Is the pipeline an asset or liability? Sure the partnered compounds will generate milestones and maybe one day royalties (though hell may freeze over first). The current management inherited a mix bag of development projects and investors were told they intended to sign commercial deals with large pharma. I cannot recall any significant commercial deals over the last 5 years which would have effectively underwritten the development costs and therefore the pipeline represents a massive liability to shareholders £100m's compared to just £25m in the bank. People think M&A is the answer, its not as someone still has to get development deals or self fund. Basically the business model is flawed and does not work. These clowns have wasted £600m on failed drugs and dodgy M&A. AVOID. | jp2011
01/12/2011 10:01 | At least somebody has noticed the pipeline is for free. Those tax losses are of some value as well. Its time Fellner - the consumate deal broker- came up with some joy! ( and NOT a placing offer!) Quite a bit of buying this morning as well - could have come from the blog? | fhmktg
28/11/2011 18:32 | Judging the trades and their persistent direction do some people know something the rest of us do not ? | jarbie
27/11/2011 14:17 | The CEO and FD are relatively new both about 3 years in the job but time is not on our side. They may be looking to strengthen their product range as well as their weak R&D skills through M&A rather than through direct recruitment, it certainly is an option which failed this time - at least they tried. M&A route may bring a product pipeline as well as skills, I don't know the details but it shows a recognition of the problem. This may be the way forward but needs experience | jarbie |
