Holding on here and I am reassured by the institutional investment but there is a growing part of me thinking I’ve bought into a bit of a donkey
Being misled by positive claims over four months ago that just haven’t come to fruition
Anyway it’s a relatively short period of time and we have to give them some space to come up with what they were promising

I agree with Steve.
My forte is Inter netsites and content and the co's site is very poor. Badly laid out and with little solid info. E.g. they are selling to yachts so a breakdown of a yacht and what can be supplied and cost/savings and a portal for an estimate is what I looked for. Not even addresses of nearby sellers.
I'm not in it but watching. My impression is that they are looking for a buyer for what is a really good product.

I mean over promising and under delivering.
There is no doubt in my mind that he has let himself be whooped into
silence by the foul mouthed creep Willyfroth.

I understand zteve fastration and event though I understand the company rns approach of not releasing unnecessary rns where other companies do, I also think that they aretaking it to the extreme.. I think they should be more informative about whats going on . It will all be good in the end iam sure .but this needed to be said

Acorn Investment management would not have bought 18 million shares sinking 1.5 million pounds into VDTK a month ago if something was up.

I know absolutely nothing about charts.
To me a chart simply records what has already taken place. Whatever the chart says will happen, if enough of us buy the price will go up and if enough of us sell the price will go down.
As I say I speak out of ignorance on charts

For people who believe in charts, it looks like there could be a 20-50 MA 'golden cross' this coming week, which traditionally suggests an imminent share price rise.

Our year end is 31/12, I wonder if they are going to wait until January and then do an update to include year end figures? It wouldn't please me, but does make sense.
If they gave out a quick RNS to that effect, I think that would settle everyone's nerves.

Roger, I said I would sell up here if no news by the end of November, I haven't.
I keep asking myself why Unicorn Asset Management took a stake, if we had not had that institunal investment I would have been out by now, I do agree though its frustrating waiting for news of a sizeable meaningful deal.I do however applaud the company for not issuing RNS'S for these new distributors and tie ups which have no impact on finances at the moment.

Perhaps I badly worded it. Yes one panel is not going to help us at all. I was meaning that it was another avenue really.
Yes you are right about where we are and timescales. We must have some concrete information about progress on the sales front by year end or we will head one way only.
Hopefully we will be cashflow positive by year end and that in itself will speak volumes.

Dubois. Smaller deal ? It looks like one panel. Its about the smallest deal that can be done.

Not knocking Verditek but it is getting to that stage now where its been several months without anything notable, work is clearly going on in the background, fundraise is done, we have no paragraf update, no further 2Mw orders in niche markets and no operational update. It is getting a little disappointing considering where we were back in August. I do hope that next week is transformational and if not let it be the next. It starting to feel like a long wait.
