Another short attack?

If so it’s a bit long in the tooth as once COVID starts to be seen in the rear view mirror this one should do nicely.

20p by 1st April is my guess.

I was told by the company that there would be a trading update in November. But this was in October, before the placing, so I'm not sure if that is still the case. If it is then perhaps we will get an update this week.

32camp post 3406, I reiterate that the discount in the placing was really 33%, from 12p (when IMO the insiders got wind of it and started forward selling as usual) and the actual placing at 8p.We do need news of decent sales ASAP. I don't see why they can't do a quarterly MW sale figure.

Hi Meaty,I think that will be my plan come the end of the month, its one of those though where you could potentialy miss quite a bit of upside should they put a string of announcements out so I still want an iron in the fire so to speak. It is good to see they are signing contracts or MOU and not telling the market about this as it has no material effect on revenue.I have held stocks in the past where there is an announcement every month of agreements and memorandums which never bear any fruit.
As someone said a few weeks back they need to under promise and over deliver.
Its just at the moment they seem to be under delivering.

specially that these panels can be camouflaged for jungle and forests appearance so they will be hard to detect from air :) i know its not really a good cause , but i can see them doing it .. and save them transporting and buying desil for their generators

Great find by AJS in the twitter chat group! (@19AJS75 on twitter - worth a follow)18/11/20Imantt, An Exclusive Distributor of Verditek Solar Panels Offers Sustainable Energy Solution in Ecuador And Colombia hTTps://www.abnewswire.com/pressreleases/imantt-an-exclusive-distributor-of-verditek-solar-panels-offers-sustainable-energy-solution-in-ecuador-and-colombia_517951.htmlABNewswireNovember 18, 2020 – The team at Imantt has been hailed for its advocacy for sustainable energy and services as a distributor of Verditek solar panels within the Colombian and Ecuadorian markets. With the Verditek solar panels, Imantt offers individuals and businesses a clean and sustainable source of energy, a practice that the earth dearly needs to stay healthy. The rampant use of fossil fuels, climate change, and global warming are pressing issues plaguing the planet today. The need of the hour is for industry and businesses to adopt eco-friendly methods of operation to reduce a carbon footprint on the planet. Using sustainable energy alternatives like solar panels are an excellent way of utilizing emission-free energy that cultivates a responsibility towards the environment. The Verditek solar panels are designed to offer energy consumers greater efficiency and longevity by reducing the temperature of the photovoltaic module induced by internal resistance. The module will work even when shaded by trees and buildings or partially covered by leaves, dirt, or snow. Its patented technology is backed by a 10-year warranty and 80% efficiency after 20 years. The Verditek solar panel is extremely flexible and less than 3 mm thick, it weighs less than 2.5 kg/m2 compared to the 20-30 kg/m2 of conventional panels and can be applied to any surface to minimize or eliminate wind load. Verditek's solar panels feature a honeycombs technology for higher efficiency and durability, using nanowire technology to improve conductivity and safety.Verditek solar panels use state-of-the-art technology that makes them much lighter in comparison to regular solar panels that use conventional glass frames and sheets. They are also capable of generating ten times more energy by providing more wattage per weight in comparison to regular solar panels. They can be installed in complex areas where weight and logistics is a problem for installation and are compatible with a variety of industrial use and providing quality solutions for clean energy.Mario Candela, CEO of Imantt revealed that the company had signed an agreement with Verditek on November 1st 2020 after realizing that the market is ready to adopt sustainable energy sources like the implementation of solar panels in keeping with change and concern towards the environment in the wake of COVID 19.Imantt has a presence in several countries in the region and since the last 12 years has been specializing in implementing novel solutions in the oil and gas industry through the installation of flexible pipes, and high-performance coatings. It also provides innovative technical solutions in the mining, and energy industry. The Verditek solar panel is its latest product contributing to the sustainable energy solutions for the planet. For more information: Media ContactCompany Name: ImanttContact Person: Media RelationsEmail: Send EmailAddress:Calle 1109-25 Oficina 809 City: Bogota DCCountry: Colombia

Strange that they only reported it on Friday. I thought they had achieved the concept, but couldn't do it in large enough sizes. Something they have now done. Well 8 inch anyway.Putting it on their website last Friday makes me feel that it is only a recent achievement?

This doesn't say that they're producing more graphene, merely that they can produce it in larger sheets.

In fact I'm sure they did this some time ago and are now using the capability as a hook on which to hang another sales pitch for their Hall effect sensor.

Going from this to producing at scale at a sensible cost is what the verditek jv is about. There's a huge difference between producing one wafer that can make maybe a hundred high price and high margin sensors, and producing enough wafers to fill a single solar panel which then sells relatively cheaply for only a modest margin.

So still a way to go, but I look forward to the update.

If paragraf are producing larger amounts of graphene then surely GIPVs are a step closer to being commercially viable, having already made one that works.

Year end not far away.
