The Board has been very patient and finally they feel they have something worth a punt.If Reynolds has pulled this off we could all be the beneficiaries and 1.5 is a reasonable target.INHO

I don't think DB is going to have anything to do with whatever venture is reversed into this shell (if it ever happens). Think Helium are now in control and after what went on with COMS don't think they will be working with DB again.

Well they are way too small for an RTO but have decided on an IPO.

But bearing in mind what DB did with Coms, he sold many of his companies to Coms well over valued. He will do the same with cube telecom, make some money that with the companies he could not sell and disappear. I may be sinnacle but he is a bit of a fraud imo.

I can't see this being big enough for a rto. But I don't really know what it is! lol. I see DB owns 100% atm. He has 50% of vitrx. Possibilities around, I doubt Helium will want to give up £1m. And if they disagree then DB could call an EGM.
