I assmued Brieth would be looking at an IT business with scope for integration and growth ie further acquisitions etc. The fact that's his forte and the contacts etc he will have it would make sense.

They said they were close twice last year. Always difficult guessing the rto. I looked at Redx Pharma, but they're going it alone. Then Virtualstock who want an aim and later a nasdaq listing but seemed to have gone quiet. Let's hope they've found something that works in the time period.

I am assume she's surpluss to requirement now? ie, The co reversing in have their own FD?

Anyway, not sure if you would have seen this (loftus will have) but a few weeks ago I mentioned on the MXCP thread that with the connections between Breith, Helium and Smith (MXCP) there is every chance there could be a deal being worked between them and it's not been announced till now because of regulatory & Re-domocile of MXCP.

That's all done and dusted now and movement can now take place between the two.

MXCP Turned coms around sometime ago and then put Brieth in place. They then worked with him for a while and gave him his biggest acquisition to date which was Redstone. Since then as you know Brieth has done his thing with VMP and potential acquisitions were looked at but fell through for what ever reason.

Helium are in quite deep here now, Brieth is also in deep here and the whole point to this is MXCP, Breith and Helium are all very familiar and very cosey with each other. They have all done business in the recent past and will no doubt be doing so again. VMP don't have time to faff about and MXCP have the people needed to act fast and they also have the perfect fit for VMP

They are growing rapidly, breaking in to new sectors and embracing the (IOT) Internet Of Thigs and Big Data. All the current customers have reported back that it's the best software soloution they have ever used and it's flying atm. It would make a fantastic acquistion and having spoken with MXCP it's exactly what they intend to do with it. They intend to see it listed.

If you know anything about MXCP or how they work this all make a lot more sense but if not you might want to look over old coms rns, old CTP rns and the MXCP website.

It's all speculation but in the same breath I have thought this for some time and I belive there are one or two others here who also think the same but maybe kept quiet about it.

I wonder if they'll announce a HOT before the 15th giving people a chance to rush in before the suspension. Then the final deal gets done a few weeks later, maybe with an egm if that's needed.

Not sure it will be by the 15th but I think something is stirring, there has been a little volume today and more yesterday. There's vested interest here. It will be rewarding for those that can take the risk IMHO.

They're not investing. They're baiters feeding on human weakness for that 'big deal just around the corner' nonsense. If a definition of a scam is an outfit that has failed to attract any business in half a decade then.....make your own judgment. For those outfits I make no distinction between them and a boiler room full of Nigerians.

fenseal been waiting for quite a while ...problem is a deal could be signed and appear before suspension and then you would be paying multiples??? way i see it is locked away then put money on deposit...yes have a chance that after 6 months no deal and falls over????

but nothing stopping thme doing what many aim co's do to retain listing by a small no. of shares in co. y....until the main deal can be done...so happy to stick just over 5mill here...also if raising funds and we get in at same price then get another 5 mill???

been waiting patiently...took a smaller amount a while back as thought we would keep going down...now the risk/reward is turning closer we get to suspension date...if suspends then you get locked out buying the cheaper shares....

the hedgie here isnt going to lose £750k...and theres plenty money where the £750k came from but my hunch is between david breith and the fund effectively 60% of the co. will be taken by them...so question is what deal are they looking at???
and coms shows you how db can work the magic on share price ..0.4p to 11p:)
