They looked at 20 companies and 3 shortlisted if you include the latest one. 365agile is connected but very new and maybe a bit soon for a listing. Due diligence wouldn't have taken long. Could easily have been one of several investments but vmp don't want to do things that way - just go for one big one.

My gut feeling.in spite of what has happened, is that this time they will make damn sure they have got their fish well and truly hooked.No offence Harvey!!Then we can move forward and make something of it.Too many red faces and broken reputations if this doesnt happen.

PWhite73 - you know I was a holder - sold out a while back. Whatever you say about VMP - it was/is a good trading share. Some cash shells come good - some do not.. maybe TEA will... maybe WRN will.. if you put a few in your portfolio you will get some winners and some losers.... as for VMP - I await developments with interest - whether it's over or there's a RTO in the works

All suspension RNS's have the word "temporary" in them. As all suspensions are by default temporary.

The co. can (and hopefully will) do a deal, or fold, or get an offer to be bought over or disappear to S. America with all the teabags. All that has happened is that its shares can't be traded on AIM until it comes back from suspension. It may never come back from suspension but still exist as a company, and you will still own your shares in it, it's just that you really have no way of realising any value from them.

There would usually be an RNS to say it had been suspended. Interesting that there hasn't been. Until then, you should be able to trade. I think we're all just assuming yesterday was he deadline...maybe it wasn't!
