I've taken my allocation and subscribed for additional shares. My average is lower and i expect(hope?) for a bounce in the price on readmission. The funding from helium should be viewed positively IMHO and I think with the money in the bank we should see some fairly quick acquisitions to boost the growth potential quickly.

I take it that if I dont wish to take up the open offer,then my 412000 shares held previously held in VMP will be in the new REACT company but greatly reduced in number.Not been involved in this kind of situation before.HELP!! Dont want to lose the lot.

Any shares not taken in the Open Offer will be placed or snapped up via excess applications.The VOTING however is up to shareholders to act upon.

I've just emailed the Halifax share dealing people. They have wrongly priced the issue as £1.68! They're asking me if I want to invest nearly £50,000 when I was expecting to invest £500! Can other investors also point this out as otherwise we might miss out. Thanks.

Corporate action has been worked out on £1.68. And not 1.68p as it should be - Or has it lol!

On Lse some share tipster gives it a BUY rating at 1.68 and sell at about double that..Looking good.

Seems like a nice deal. Paying a low multiple and looks like they have plans to expand the business.

It is what it is. Turnover unchanged in 2 years yet Autoclenz itself increased by over £3m. If they can get some deals, great, but I suspect acquisition would be the way forward as they say, there are a lot of small companies in this business.

It seems a well run long established unit with a strong niche with blue chip clients. Not what we expected perhaps but an interesting investment.
