05/4/2017 08:21 | SKIN, Down some 20% already on early trading. One can only guess that investors are aware of the usual murky dealings of these AIM listed companies directors & therefore are taking a wide berth for now. In VENN's case bottom line profit must hit the targets next time & running cost either cut or kept under strict control. I do hope that things change here, as for some time I actually believed that the board were on top of their game, but since October what has unfolded has left a lot to be desired. | cocker
05/4/2017 08:20 | SKIN 4.50 - 4.75 | mr hangman
05/4/2017 08:14 | I think you will find Management tried to ramp Alltracel and then after making off with options and salaries sold it for a massive loss and are doing the same with Venn and Integumen. | lbo
05/4/2017 08:01 | Shhhhhsshh, let him deramp. Buys quietly going through on ISDX. | jeevsje
05/4/2017 07:31 | If you keep popping up every time anything happens, I am going to keep posting that you ramped Alltracel, until you admit that you either did that deliberately, or that you made a huge mistake and now you can't get over it. Its one or the other. Either way, you are not in any way a rational or objective voice to be listened to. In fact you are showing a glaring lack of integrity. Others on here have already pointed out doubts of all sorts. We don't need you. You are insignificant. | yump
05/4/2017 07:06 | Not sure the shares in a still loss making and supposed £8m Mkt AIM company will be very "liquid". You can dress it up all you want but if it still smells like a dog and still looks like a dog then sadly it's still a dog. | lbo
05/4/2017 06:57 | No, this was all in VENN's final results. VENN sold 70% of Innovenn/Integumen for an adjusted fair value of 2.37m euros, written down from the original amount of around 3.5m euros. So this equates to the value in today's RNS. VENN have therefore conjured up £2.1m of liquid assets from nothing and successfully disposed of a loss-making early stage business. | rivaldo
05/4/2017 06:50 | It's worse then that. And don't forget it's loss making and will need more fundraising so expect more dilution and to be worth even less very soon. You only have to go back to the Venn announcement back in October and you can see the glaring discrepancies in what was claimed | lbo
05/4/2017 06:36 | So correct me if i'm wrong. They sold Integumen for 4.7m, more or less all in shares, which actually turn out to be worth 2.1m IF the new issue is a success. | spooky
05/4/2017 06:26 | RNS re the Integumen IPO today, of which VENN have 25% worth £2.1m at 5p per share (42.245m shares): Good to see the ongoing benefit to VENN: "Venn is well placed to handle the clinical, registration and other technical requirements of Integumen's expanding product and technology portfolio" Here's Integumen's own RNS (good ticker - SKIN....): | rivaldo
04/4/2017 13:54 | I've continued to add here. Perhaps year end CGT offsets going on recently. | aishah
04/4/2017 13:49 | I have indeed bought in, Rivaldo. First buy was on Friday morning showing on ISDX and I got couple in here today. I liked what I read about the company and decided to buy in. Finding you here brought further confidence. I am taking your advice about reducing the number of posts :). | jeevsje
04/4/2017 13:29 | Hi jeevsje - have you bought in here now? Looks like this is the low point now, with decent buying this morning including 3 50k buys and the Integumen IPO set to go tomorrow morning. Let's hope you catch this just before the rise as you did with ODX :o)) | rivaldo
03/4/2017 18:36 | Just lowering it to fill a large order... Rivaldo, we meet again :)))) | jeevsje
03/4/2017 08:54 | Have techinvest sold out or wrote something negative over the weekend? | cocker
31/3/2017 06:11 | RNS from Integumen confirming their intention to float and details of their four acquisitions to date: | rivaldo
30/3/2017 22:34 | For info... "In the event that integumen completes the aforementioned transactions and successfully lists its shares, the board of Venn will decide whether to retain the investment in Venn or distribute the shares to Venn's shareholders". | chadders
30/3/2017 22:25 | B1ggles, let's assume the Integumen IPO happens with no premium at all. In that case, VENN would have around £3m of cash, plus over £2m of shares in Integumen. In which case £5m, or more than 50% of VENN's current m/cap, would be covered by liquid assets, leaving the core business in for very, very little. One might assume in a rational market some might see that as a good investment opportunity! | rivaldo
30/3/2017 15:52 | B1ggles Don't know why I bother engaging when I've got paint drying to watch ;-) That's me done apart from commentary on the actual business anyway. I presume a successful float would put some value into Venn, by way of its shareholding, but for my part, not really interested - its the Venn cost reduction or profit gearing on increasing revenue that I want to see next. Or both, which would be nice. | yump
30/3/2017 15:27 | Will the Integumen IPO have any direct impact (either way) on existing shareholders? | b1ggles
30/3/2017 08:08 | An RNS update on the Integumen IPO just out: VENN's holding is very slightly increased. VENN will now have 25.59% of an £8.25m m/cap based on a 5p admission price, i.e £2.1m of shares. Admission date is still 5th April. | rivaldo
30/3/2017 07:40 | I have yet to understand what LBO expects from repeating the same lack of meaningful contribution to this board. There is obviously an underlying psychological issue if an investment of 10 years ago has such a profound effect on a person today. | mulligut |
