19/3/2009 10:05 | A very quiet board.I have bought a tiny few on the strength of a recent brokers note which is forecasting EPS of 17.3p for the year just gone,26.4p for 090 and 31.8p for 2010. (£1=Euro 1.1)Thats a forward multiple of just 3.77.Way too cheap for that level of growth imo | nurdin
28/2/2009 16:52 | looks like £1 or less on the cards..... risky and scary in this market... | rocketblast
09/9/2008 18:58 | Interims look good, as do the prospects so I'm holding and will top up later in the year. Unfortunately, like many PIs, I have to extricate myself from some poor stocks before I can add to the better ones. | carlos panda
09/9/2008 18:51 | bullish statements today and confirmation of results previewed in July. Shares inch up. I guess not bad to have held their own in the current market over the last few months | aldridge
04/7/2008 09:05 | I agree.. already increased mine a couple of months ago. Might do again at these levels | aldridge
04/7/2008 08:31 | Clearly the idea of long-term investment in growing businesses is now completely alien to many PIs! The results of endemic shorting in the market (in particular in AIM stocks) appear to have scared off many of the more speculative investors. Personally, I believe that VEL has intelligent management and excellent prospects and I intend to increase my position over the coming months. | carlos panda
03/7/2008 19:42 | Results at top end of expectations... shares down 10% funny old game | aldridge
04/6/2008 12:10 | Tipped in QL this morning. citing impressive long term growth and low PE. They ofetn get it right. | niggle
23/5/2008 14:49 | thought this rehash of China but this is yet another acquisition, this time Bulgaria content manager provider | aldridge
23/5/2008 14:44 | Is there more to this deferred consideration than meets the eye? Or is the5% rise unrelated and just some modest buying? | aldridge
06/5/2008 09:20 | A few clicks up on the China news | aldridge
16/10/2007 23:04 | you can find this info by clicking on the company information tab in ADVN but fyi its 8.7 cents on a historic basis which is about 6p | aldridge
16/10/2007 22:38 | could someone please tell me what the eps forecasts are for this company please? | nfs
20/9/2007 08:06 | 2 RNS/updates this morning which I'm pleased with, all sounds great. | dj_humpyg
16/7/2007 21:28 | Very pleased with the trading update and more importantly the formation of the joint venture with Interpublic. Very hard to quantify the synergies but in a few years time it would be worth more that Velti's today's capitalisation. The mobile marketing market is only at its infancy and the company is now definitely on the radar for bigger players that see the opportunity. I'm curious to see whether the incubated companies of Velti's Center for Innovation can also bring value to the business. | istamato
16/7/2007 08:32 | Velti H1 performance 'strong'; forms marketing JV with Interpublic LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Velti PLC said its has delivered "strong" performance in the first-half driven by mobile operator projects in the UK and southeastern Europe, and advertising agency and consumer brands engagements in the US and the UK. The provider of software platforms said it expects to meet its financial targets for the year as it reported a revenue growth of 80 pct. Separately, Velti said it has formed a joint venture mobile marketing company Ansible, with The Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. --- Very good news. Up 7% this morning to £2.40 - £2.48 with no sign of slowing down :) | dj_humpyg
09/7/2007 09:09 | Was highlighted in Shares mag at the weekend with a buy rating as a likely beneficiary of the recent iPhone launch. "But the best way to cash in could be to buy shares in the software firms whose platforms facilitate mobile internet content and m-commerce, such as Velti (VEL:AIM) and 2ergo (RGO:AIM). Business here will get a boost from the proliferation of new smartphone products." | protean
09/7/2007 08:57 | Up 5% in an hour this morning, up to £2.17 - £2.22 (so far). Nice... and more upside expected this and next week. | dj_humpyg
01/7/2007 17:29 | With the june announcements and the annual report out I think we will need more good news to see any significant upward move. Sold some of mine at £2, "always take some profit if the price doubles" but holding the rest | aldridge |
