Did anyone else notice this RNS from yesterday? Vela should be doing similar and withdrawing resolution 6. Shareholders have the opportunity of voting against this resolution if they feel the same but need to act quickly. Hopefully enough will.

AGM Update - Withdrawal of Resolution 2

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development, and production company, announces an update on the planned AGM due to held in Sydney on 28 January 2022.
The Company has received a number of comments from shareholders in respect to the proposed Resolution 2 - Share Consolidation - 1 for 100 Shares. The Board has taken this feedback into consideration and has decided to withdraw Resolution 2 at this time and that matter will now not be placed before shareholders at the AGM.
As required by Australian law, all other aspects of the meeting will proceed.

There's certainly value at these levels Sweepie, many of its underlying holdings have been under significant downward price pressure...But the brewing wider tech market is the cause for concern to contemplate taking an investment here...

But as they say, you pays your way, you takes your chance but try and keep it relatively small if you do!

There are just way too many shares in circulation for such a small enterprise which is why any rises are not sustainable...But in future dont take rises for granted, no!

Face it guys, this is a worthless pile of junk which is currently in a death spiral. It's in the -99% club for most and I for one expect even less from this and nothing at all from Bixx.

Is anyone here interested in the BIXX holdings which were split from VELA after the AGM of August 2020. I personally own over 500k shares and BIXX had 3 million ARB on the books as well as Potr, Vibe and Stream TV when split. Anyone else done any research on this? Any contacts made?

The trials were completed. Not sure you could call them a success. No news on commercialisation yet just that it could happen.You consolidate to dilute in companies like VELA so that is not good news either!
