Really? Care to elaborate?The only news is SGS. They can invest in other companies all they want but that will not increase the share price short to medium term.So I totally stand by my comment.

Yep like this investment as well, sadly fully invested last week into COPL around £100k but will be looking for a home for some of that stake at the end of their journey so definitely will keep Vela on the watch list. So many stale bulls I guess I don't have to be in a hurry

This morning’s new investment in Ensilica, ticks all the boxes - larger investment in a business that, judging by the RNS, is growing very strongly (latest 6 months revenue close to total revenue for the whole of the previous year) and on favourable terms via a convertible instrument yielding 10% - so a bit of income too. Finally, there is the prospect of an Ensilica IPO for which Vela converts at a 12% discount.

Perhaps time for a bit more positivity on this board with the implementation of the revised investment strategy.

Did anyone else notice this RNS from yesterday? Vela should be doing similar and withdrawing resolution 6. Shareholders have the opportunity of voting against this resolution if they feel the same but need to act quickly. Hopefully enough will.

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development, and production company, announces an update on the planned AGM due to held in Sydney on 28 January 2022.
The Company has received a number of comments from shareholders in respect to the proposed Resolution 2 - Share Consolidation - 1 for 100 Shares. The Board has taken this feedback into consideration and has decided to withdraw Resolution 2 at this time and that matter will now not be placed before shareholders at the AGM.
As required by Australian law, all other aspects of the meeting will proceed.

There's certainly value at these levels Sweepie, many of its underlying holdings have been under significant downward price pressure...But the brewing wider tech market is the cause for concern to contemplate taking an investment here...

But as they say, you pays your way, you takes your chance but try and keep it relatively small if you do!

There are just way too many shares in circulation for such a small enterprise which is why any rises are not sustainable...But in future dont take rises for granted, no!

Face it guys, this is a worthless pile of junk which is currently in a death spiral. It's in the -99% club for most and I for one expect even less from this and nothing at all from Bixx.

Is anyone here interested in the BIXX holdings which were split from VELA after the AGM of August 2020. I personally own over 500k shares and BIXX had 3 million ARB on the books as well as Potr, Vibe and Stream TV when split. Anyone else done any research on this? Any contacts made?
