Personally I ain't buying back in until CDT share price stabilises and starts to rise. Yes VELA will be able to get the maximum number of shares based on the VWAP being at or below 5 dollars but would only get less than half if they sell currently.

Actually I think the portfolio value included the original value of AZD so total value including the PUT option shares is about 8.25 million. I could be wrong

Obviously the PUT option will be converted in shares so VELA need to get their timing right so the VWAP is low which will give them the best opportunity to increase the 4 million it was worth

That is the way I read but sold some Ensilica shares which gave VELA 68 grand gross. Plus we have the money coming from the PUT option when VELA decide to exercise it. So the value of the portfolio and total cash including the PUT option is around 10 million. Current MCAP is about 4 million
